I had 4 friends setup around the drug dealer at Kavala and a group of 2 of us saw a hatchback sport outside the drug dealer. He decided to approach us and drive around us on the hill were we lay, as he tried to run us over me and my friend told him to constantly leave. As he wouldnt I fired a warning shot thinking it would scare him away. After I shot Kurtis began to fire upon me from the tower near the dealer. He did not talk to me once and just killed me, nor did his friend driving around us on the hill. This was a poor RP sittuation as they didnt initiate on me and just fired upon me.

The reason I did not try to reason with the guy was because he did not respond to me and his friend in the hatchback did not take me seriously at the time.

Since I am in the car in the video, I want to testify to the insident:

First of all your friends warning did not threaten my life, so we kept scouting. Furthermore you did not give any warning shots but aimed straight for the driver. Therefore I think it was poor rp on your end, not on ours. You could have ordered me out of the vehicle by issuing real compliance and we would have done that, so we could have had proper rp. It was your choice to end the rp alltogether by going for the kill. I hope you can agree on this, so we can have better rp next time.

Also did I not see you ask us to talk about it, which I would have appreciated since we would have been able to sort out other stuff that was going on!

@JackTheRippoff I do agree that we should have conversed more and that is partly my fault. However the way I was shot at was also bad RP and could be considered RDM on your end, hence why I made this report. 

I also agree that the shot I made could have made you think we stopped RP, but it does not make up for the fact that Kurtis RDMed me. We did not know Kurtis was there nor did you speak to us.

I dont hear you say anything towards the car in the video and you shoot at the driver. Equally, driver should have issued some form of compliance in return.

Regardless equally poor from both parties.
