We were robbing 2 guys in HEMTTs at cocaine processor who had nothing to do with the people in the 6 orcas. Then, these 6 orcas turn up and start flying around so we begin to fire warning shots, about a minute after, I began my recording as I thought that some sort of baiting was about to occur. After roughly 2 and a half minutes we began to shoot at the orcas and I think they were baiting because they didn't even have weapons, so they knew they couldn't take us. Also, I believe the VDM rule was broken due to the fact that they knew we wanted to try and shoot them down, so they proceeded to hover over our helicopters with what I think was the purpose of to blow them up.

I have look over and over the video i can't fine the place where kriss or john VDM. Can you please provide the time stamp ?

The first is 4:25 and the reason I think it's VDM is because they know that we will shoot them out of the helis which would effectively cause our helis to blow up. The second one is about 6:16

No vdm happens you kill the people in the heli you have plenty of options not to kill the pilot and what it look liks they where just having fun with alot of heli's around.
