I was at the Rebel Outpost helping a gentleman with his questions about how to purchase weapons and clothing. I had already purchased my pass from the Posiedon Office and began telling this individual "esben" that he had to go back to Pygros and purchase a Military pass if he wishes to buy guns from the Rebel Outpost. Krepy arrives and begins his questioning as to who we are and why we were there. I told him that I was helping this young gentleman who seemed new at the time, and we were then both then put in restraints because we didn't have the Military pass. I had the Traders pass and did not have any weapons on me what so ever, not even a pistol, neither did I have the intention of purchasing any weapons, just simply there to browse. I was informed by another member of Posiedon that I did not infact need a Military pass to be there, just to carry and buy weapons. Krepy then drove us to the beach and murdered both me and ebsen.

For the sake of time saving for when this reaches the point it is dealt with by another staff member, how exactly did you attempt to resolve it? What were the results of the attempt?

I attempted to resolve this issue in game via voice chat and we had a discussion about whether or not I needed a Military pass to be at the Rebel Outpost. I had already been informed by other Posiedon members that a Military pass was only necessary if I purchased a weapon or intended on selling weapons myself. "Krepy" was adamant that I need a Military pass anyway no matter what the senario and I rejected his opinion, he then proceeded to murder both me and "ebsen".

Ok, here we go.

At no point during the day i did not receive in-game/teamspeak msg that you would like to resolve what happen thus you lied on the report. Next up your video shows how i dropped you off in the water and let you drown. What it does not show however is how you ran me over in Pyrgos 10-15 minutes before the incident. Also it does not show you telling me to "Shut up" when i first approached you at the rebel outpost and asked you for your border pass. I asked you multiple times to show me your pass to which your response was "Im talking to someone else". Also before the next visit to rebel outpost/advanced weapons i would highly recommend you read through this document https://docs.google.com/document/d/1yCT9JziuP4TqX8bC8D7JrXqq5EG2uYDNS1HqIgslUqw/edit that clearly states that only military pass grants you access to Rebel outpost. You were inside the building without a military pass the fact that you did not buy anything does not prove nothing since you had access to rebel outpost already and lets be honest people dont go to rebel outpost just to "look around". The reason that lead to you being drowned was that you ran me over earlier and your rude attitude towards me the whole time. If you would have been at least a bit nicer it would end up in you getting a fine for not having the proper pass or you being escorted out of our lands.

If you have any evidence of me running you over and telling you to "shut up", please provide it. If you do not then nothing you say has any credibility. My attitude has nothing to do with the simple fact that you murdered both me and "ebsen" who you fail to mention in your report. I will entertain the fact that I needed "Military pass" for accessing the Rebel Outpost, however I did not purchase any goods neither did I say I would not go a buy one if I wanted to buy anything from that Trader. I was simply showing the young gentleman where the Trader was and what he needed to Trade with the Rebel Outpost. You showed very poor RP and regardless of what you or I, did or say, there was no reason to commit that atrocity. Not to mention me and "ebsen" were both unarmed. Do you wish to continue lying or would you please clarify as to why he was also subjected to your behaviour.

First off you might want to sort out what you want to report me for since RDM as stated in the rules is: 

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)

At no point in the video have I fired a gun so we can scratch RDM out of the way.

Now from your report we can see that im getting reported for drowning you which brings me to your explanation of how you tried to resolve this issue.

You say that you tried to resolve the situation in game but the conversation that you are talking about took place before the actual "drowning". So how is that resolving the situation before reporting?

So basically following your own words the only sentence from your report that has any credibility is this:

To be honest all I can see from my perspective is a rushed report with no attempt to resolve it with the sole purpose of getting me banned. 

From now on i will not be commenting on this post unless requested by the staff as I dont have anything else to add to this report.

I did not "quote" any specific rules being broken I simply stated that it was RDM - Random Death Match, meaning that in a random act of your misjudgment you decided to make a sport of both me and "esbens" death, this is good enough cause for any unbiased invigilator to assume that this was a degree of RDM.

There was no justification for "drowning" us as you put it, neither do you offer a reasonable explanation as to why we were subjected to it. Secondly trying to insinuate that I offered poor RP, to which resulted in my death to excuse the fact that I already said you offered poor quality RP is very disappointing... I said nothing because if you want to get technical in a RP situation like this I could not say anything as I was already underwater.

There is no specific guidlines for attempting to "resolve" this issue and I simply stated that I tried to resolve our differences before you dragged us out to sea and ultimately killed us. I was trying to prevent both me and "ebsen" from becoming victims of your power hungry assault. My report doesn't need to be extremely throrough as I have video evidence of what you did and I've given everything to this forum that has been required.

Looking at the video provided I see an execution but lack of any actually evidence to prove it is "RDM" or anything else... if you would have read the guidelines to avoid wasting staff time for RDM cases we require actual evidence that shows the whole situation which also comes down to it saying that we require at least 3-5 minutes before the death as RDM normally does not last that long and it is there to prove there is no actual quality roleplay before the death... so unless you can upload a much longer video which actually shows the situation all this does is waste our time as staff further. This is a yes/no question, do you have a longer video to upload? If yes then reply so stating as such and when the video is ready post it. If the answer is no, then make a reply here stating so that we can then deal with the report and waste no further time.

This is quite a silly situation in my personal opinion, If you need to have a millitary pass to be at the rebel outpost and you fail to aquire one when asked, they are well within their rights to punish you for your crimes. But no further shall be stated from myself, seeing as you have no defence due to lack of sufficient evidence. thus this report shall not continue.
