I was driving on a standard patrol on my side of the road, then this guy decided to turn onto my side of the road and then he crashed into me causing me injury, I then asked him in the car to come onto TS to solve it and I also asked @arrogantbread to come into the liaison room, but the person didn't come and he had nothing to say, so this is why I am here now, so I tried to resolve it, but he didn't show up.

Player could have been new to the island and didn't now which side of the road to drive on. To me it looks like he tried to swerve to avoid the collision. This could have been roleplayed as a road accident.
