I moved to crashed police car in the middle of the field. Then i was looking around i was shot by mr. Krawly without initiation / reason to shoot me.

i was with the group that was fighting the cops on on your vid he says a few time this is a gunfight leave the area  you stayed? why?

Already discussed with you and explained the situation.

But let's take a look at your video. 

0:36 Player killed in your immediate vicinity.

0:43 you're told by the officer down on the ground that he recommends that you leave as you're in the middle of a gunfight.

01:29 you ask what is happening as you hear gunshots, and are told by the police officer that they are currently involved in a gunfight and he again tells you to leave the area.

01:46 you receive no less than 10 shots in your area and you ignore all of them and still stand there.

01:49 you're dead and your buddy metagames my name from side chat telling the entire group that you were killed by the blackwatch.

I spoke to you briefly on side chat and you gave me the reason that you were allowed to be there and you were going to execute the police officer to take his weapon (which is also not allowed btw)

You were told by the police that there is an active gunfight, and a minute later you're still walking around clueless in the middle of the mayhem waiting for an oppertunity to kill the police officer and take his gun.

I had no idea that you were a rebel, It was during the night and you were almost entirely hidden by the sports hatchback.

You shouldn't be running into the middle of gunfights and use your common sense, if you're being told it's a gunfight and asked to leave by police then it's probably for your own safety to stop things like this happening...

That someone standing near people witch are already dead, without a gun at all, doesn't give you an option to kill him.

Usually i'm trying to save them, cause i was a cop. i'm said to you'r friend the first thing that arrived in my mind. If someone want to execute someone will he wait minute just messing around? I wanted to drag them out. That's why i was waiting.

Cant see threat to report here. This is the end of all failed negotiations. I cant warn u in the ts cause u are banned there.

Instead of apologizing, cause that the only thing i wanted, u'r bullying saying that that's my fault and i'm idiot.

That's you threatening to report me in side chat....

And I don't understand the footage. You posted something from a situation that I wasn't even involved in, involving you and another gang..... you can't seriously expect  to be allowed to walk up to other people's roleplay situations and just walk away with injured personnel.... you're not a medic and you're certainly not a police officer on duty. You're telling me that you were going to drag away officers that I was in combat with and that's a defense for you walking into the middle of a gun fight and ignoring police officers telling you to leave?

I explained before that I didn't see you were a rebel, and no one runs into the middle of a gun fight without intentions, especially being told to leave by police as they are actively shooting. You heard the gunshots and stayed anyway, there isn't an invisible barrier in place that stops bullets hitting innocent people and you should be aware of that. the RDM rule is in place to stop people shooting others for no reason whatsoever, not to protect people willingly walking into the middle of a gunfight and staying because they think they are protected by some invisible act of god.

Now for you saying I discriminated or bullied you using the word silly.

Silly is a word used to describe someone who lacks common sense or judgement, I think in this situation that word is completely justified. If you had common sense or judgement you wouldn't ignore gunshots, police officers telling you to leave and 10+ shots in your area standing completely still. I did not mean to offend you, and If I have I apologise, but it's a bit of a stretch claiming you were bullied when someone called you silly...

No point to continue this cause u'r banned. As i already said if someone entered the place of gunfight doesn't give you option to shoot him without initiation. 

That's not a problem if the person have a gun on back / in hands or he is interacting with downed officers/rebels/hobos (dragging/executing/reviving) but i didn't do anything.

I'm leaving this to staff team.
