Please (in detail) describe the incident

Me and my friends kidnapped hannibal in a sports hatchback. When we did this we "took" his radio and gps, which you clearly can hear in the video. His friends later "finds" us and then straight up kills us.
Hannibal obviously continued to talk to his guys on teamspeak or another program to reveal our location.

We also tried to contact them but they would refuse to get into teamspeak.

https://youtu.be/bgmWmqoBmvg I had muted my mic but I don't think that it matters.

Now this is a bit of a tough situation,

I can only hear your friends SAYING they took his radio and GPS, but did you give him the opportunity to actually unequip the GPS? If the car was locked there is no way to do so, and assuming he did not actually communicate over radio with his friends, they may have simply followed the GPS that was still visible on the map as a result.

The fact they refused to come to Teamspeak to resolve this does not work in their favor though.

This picture proofs nothing, however i will put it here anyway. We we're saying asking them if they wanted to try to speak about it in Teamspeak, but instead Kitballard responded this way:

The car was not locked at the time we "took" his radio and GPS. Eitherway it was our car so that doesn't matter, right?

And as you can see they responded with "too late and too cringy".

The reason this matters is the fact that it's virtually impossible to access your 'I' inventory while inside of a locked vehicle, unless you have the keys for it.

Thing is, this video is from the perspective of a person that was not actually in the same vehicle the reported person was in. This means that there is no actual evidence of the car being unlocked. Hannibal could have been unable to remove his GPS when the request was made.

Also, 2:36 into the video just before Hannibal's friend opened fire, I can hear either the sound the car makes once you try to get out without it being unlocked, or the car being unlocked at that moment.

The video has too little evidence to confirm he was able to remove his GPS, so unless you are able to find footage from the driver's/passenger's perspective, this report will be rejected.

You have 24 hours to bring more evidence otherwise this report will be closed.

yeah at 2:36 It's probably being unlocked, we did have it unlocked in the begining tho. Other than this I have no more evidence.
