Please (in detail) describe the incident
It was early in the morning and I was utilizing the time to collect apples using tempest (devices) in Kavala. I was taking one of them to the government zone to sell the apples when a red offroad kept braking in front of me and swerving into my path. I ignored him and continued on my way to sell the apples. After having a conversation with somebody in-front of the shop I drove back up to the apple orchard suspecting that the person in the offroad was attempting to steal one of my tempests. The person I talked to outside the shop followed me up there. While parking my truck I see the person in the offroad is stood there with a weapon. Once parked I get out of my truck and equip my weapon but keep it lowered. I approach him and he asks "So you're just letting your stuff like, stay right there?" To which I reply with that weird hum of agreement. After this he begins to run behind a wall, expecting an initiation from the person behind me I too run to the wall. While I am running to the wall he very quickly says "Both of you, put your hand up or you will be shot." Less than half of a second after this he begins to open fire at me. After this I take cover behind the wall and while he is distracted shooting at the person who followed me, I peek round the wall and attempt to kill him, forgetting that my weapon was on semi-auto I was un-successful and he ends up killing both me and the person who supplied the video named "Gobit". After this we have a short exchange in OOC and ask him to come to a Teamspeak channel. He enters the channel and I ask him to explain what he just did to which he replied "Why have you got to be salty just because I killed you?". We talk in the channel for a couple of minutes which ends up in me asking him if he is going to resolve the situation and him replying "No". After that he asks if he is free to leave and I tell him he can. He seems to think that he has done nothing wrong and that what he provided was high quality RP that ended up in him rightfully killing two people. I can clearly see that it isn't which is why I am making this report. The issues I have are the quality of the role-play, "Hands up or you will be shot" is not high quality RP and the time between initiation and action. He began shooting (And hit me) less than a second after finishing the "initiation". This is clearly not a long enough period of time for me to have been able to react.
Note - The video is taken from the perspective of Gobit, I am the person wearing the AAF green camouflage and KingPaul is wearing the wetsuit.
