I was flying with my orca from airport to kavala following the main road. When i past the Wilco Gem i saw a Mohawk standing there. so i desided to watch them, because my gang have a roleplay as a Nato and interrupt drugs traveling. when i was close the Mohawk desided to hover above my orca and coming lower and lower to my rotor's. so i ask my team mate spectre to come to the meth lab because i think they going to there. And also i was preparing to make a video because if they hit my rotor purpose its VDM. so i was looking in my keychain to name's and i was looking into my inventory what kind of items i had. But they desided to keep going with there meth run. I waited and and did of i whas going to buy the barrels aswell, But they yust going to leave the area, And i started with follow them. When i arrived at the METH lab i was hovering low on the ground and waiting to see how many people was there exact. they point a gun on my chopper but if they say anything i diddent hear that but the Mohawk doing the same hovering above my chopper. Accidentally i hit my shift a bit but not to long that i was hitting them(look video). they coming lower and lower so low that his chopper hit my chopper. And both choppers exploded. I ask them to come to TS but there Reaction was i dont remember what the ip was. So i was trying to send that to OOC. I lost also 150k cash you see it back in one of the video's, full outfit with baraclava, 4five 2 mag, vermin and 5 mag's. The attitude of the guy's was very low.

After reviewing the videos i have come to the following conclusion.

@Ghost Locosefer I will start by the items lost, you will need to make a compensation request that i will link below for the items lost. 



Now in regards for the VDM claims. You can see in the second video that the Mohawk does move back and hit your helicopter. You can hear that (pandor1988) agreed he was the one flying and said you hit him when looking at the video they hit you. Now going onto being shot without that kind of roleplay by [King] YoLo. This would be classed as RDM. When you kill someone you must give high quality roleplay before taking a life, this wasn't done within the proof provided. 

Looking through i cannot see that kensh did anything wrong and I will not be bringing any action against them from this report. I will be actioning this report on YoLo and Pandor for RDM/VDM.
