It started out in kavala square where kieran approached me calling me by my name hooky, but at which he didnt know who i was so i was trying to tell him OOC in chat that he doesnt know this and he told me that he was new to the server and asked me to take him to the gun store so i thought i would be nice as to take him to the gun store and talk to him about the rules of the server and how to RP on the way and told him about RDM and VDM outside the hand gun store, he then went all silent which i got very cautious about he then ran into the building without saying anything and pulled his pistol out and shot me, i didnt want to do anything about this and tried to contact him via TS and asked many times to come into it but he never came, i got revived by the medics and later on found him, he then made an agreement for me to give me 50k for the hatchback sport he still which dissapeared we agreed that he would give it to me 02/01/2016 at 7PM GMT i thought because this is a british sever i waited for him at the spot we was supposed to meet at and checked all servers between 6:50-7:10 (my friends helped me with this or it would not have been posible of course) and he was not there.

i also message @Droge Worst about this in game, and spoke to him about this.

Rejected: You resolved it, however we do not enforce player made agreements for compensation after the fact. If he chose not to pay you or theres real life issues that prevented him from doing so, that's his business. Once you made an argeement, and now you're only posting after the fact because he did not pay you.
