Please (in detail) describe the incident: Hi, here are some clips where I believe Kieffer can be seen exploiting / disregarding nvl .. the clips says it all really me and jess take him from trucking and take him away and then he clearly takes hes own life after we leave him in zips and watch over him .. he even try's to take hes bottle out when im trying to zip tie him, he was asked to go liaison and he says no, this is what brings me here .. after all of this happens we go back to the trucking and they are there waiting which is very random as he was just left for dead.

Firstly for the exploiting in zips am not sure what your reporting me for tried drawing my bottle before I was zipped and was put in zips no hassle

Secondly the non value of life, ill slightly say on my part this is poor yes but at the end of the day its RP, Im not taking time out my day to walk home in zipties and if you think that's good RP then give your head a wobble.

Lastly, its quite clear mara are taking this war onto the forums and trying to win it there, petty reports left and right liaison after every sit its getting extremely tiring. Its clear here you stick around as you know I'm gonna do what I done and you wanted back on the forums.

You were exploiting because when I was frozen doing the animation to zip tie you you tried to stab me with the broken bottle. Also someone else had a gun pointed to your head but you still tried to take me down which is NVL because if you had stabbed me the other person would have shot you

You again NVL because when you were in zip ties and we left you in the mountain you decided to drown yourself and suicide instead of going somewhere safe to try and get the zip ties off. This is also maybe common sense because in real life someone wouldn't just suicide because they don't have time. You have agreed to war with us and situations like this happen so if you don't have time to roleplay war situations you should not agree to war. It is also bad roleplay overall because once you got around the mountain we was going to continue to roleplay with you.

Also can you please explain the NLR where you come back to where we zip tie and take you from after you drown yourself because you are not meant to come back into the same situation and it was less than 15 minutes?

To your last point thank you for agreed you are aware you broke rules and you got caught. We would not be here if you didn't keep breaking rules because we are all just here trying to have fun and roleplay but your fun is focusing on winning.
 
4 rule breaks 1 minute of footage clearly looking for rule breaks and looking to get people of the server as mentioned but ill make staff life easier and depict every comment youve made.

First of all get these easy one out the way a "win" mentality I've been here for 3 years and this is something I always strive to not have associated with myself so keep these petulant un-educated comments away from here unless there's any proof to back it up please and thank you.

Second of all another easy one NLR, really really really confused about this one please explain?

Last but not least the NVL the one I actually agree with and can admit my wrong-doing however as explained leaving me on a mountain in zips is to put it bluntly shit RP and to say you had plans is a get out of jail free card the only plan you had was to hang around and watch what you in a way forced me to do.

We throughout this war have made 2 reports one for homophobia and one for cheating, use have made more than I can count on my hands and toes its petty rulebreaks and as even proven in this report were not about pettiness as use have bruke petty rules. As you said were here for "fun" I don't want to see anyone of the server as to some its there primary game and were alot of there fun lies so would hate to see people of the server.

Unless theres anymore slanderous comments against me/my character I wont be replying cheers Kieffer.
 
I ended my last reply saying we are not here to talk about winning because at the end of the day that doesn't matter because we are here to roleplay and have fun together and I am having to say it again. We are here to discuss the fact you are breaking rules and that is not fun for anyone in the community.

You have replied with a clip that was from 3 days ago and you are only doing this as revenge because with that situation with the person who's clips this is I spoke to them in liaison and he also broke a rule and we agreed we both made a mistake and will not report each other. The person in the clip tried to RDM me but got killed. Firstly the players clip involved committed no RDM, your also missing my point I didnt post that as a revenge I posted it prove as you have said above as a gang we are more than happy to solve these rule breaks before entering the forms. Whereas use as a group and as a whole are weaponising the forums it feels like were fighting a war in-game and ooc.

The cherry on the cake is use in discord saying ive sent you a clip check it out no doubt the suppossed exploit, that proves use just looking for anything and almost as if your grabbing victory from what youve found.

I log on to when I have them time outside of work and other commitment just to enjoy myself but this week fighting marabunta has been anything but fun after every sit we have the customary "come to QE" then more often than not a report its just getting so tiring and long, if it goes on ill be spending more time in discord and on the forums than in game.

I think weve discussed the supposed rulebreaks enough.
 
You seem to be focused on everything other the reasons I am reporting you for.

Alright then,

This seems to be a trend of bad behavior here @Kieffer and I warn you if this continues you're not going to be on the report a player section you'll be on the unban appeal section.

However with the evidence submitted, I don't see any exploiting and you @alaa do you think leaving someone away from all civilisation ziptied but far away so they can't even interact with you, fun or an enjoyable bit of roleplay? What would you have done knowing people are watching at a distance. I see this as a person who knew they had no other option but to just end their life.

Due to lack of actual evidence and not fantastic roleplay from yourselves as aggressors, I'm not going to action this report.
Maybe try driving along side the victim down the motorway or actually providing some roleplay to engage the victim rather than zip, dump and watch from afar. Do better both sides.
