From my view. I was robbing two lads at the aluminum processor, and this guy drives up so I decided to initate on him to make it as safe for myself as possible and as you can see he does not comply or answer with anything. I would also like you to explain why you threatened me by saying im going to get banned?

And why did you not ask me to come speak with you so we could have sorted this out?

The rules you broke : (11.1) Common sense - This is an adult community and a lot of the rules come down to common sense, do not swear at people, troll people, bully people otherwise you will simply be banned from teamspeak. Evidence of this will come from @A D A M and  @CallumSaunderson12.

(2.8) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice. There are so many people on the server with all different points of view and disputes and disagreements are all part of the game, however please do not discuss them in-game also do not break RP in voice. For example if someone has RDM’ed you discussing this on the server or saying “I am going to report you” is not allowed. Please use the forums or teamspeak to report or discuss only (Punishment is a ban) Exception: You may contact someone using the text system if they are not on teamspeak or on the forums. Please only attempt to make this contact in effort to resolve the issue, not to antagonise the other player/users/members.

(4.2) Name Tags - You are not allowed to identify players in game via nametags or keychains. Police, NHS and UNMC ranks (only ranks!) are fine, as they “wear clothing with the rank on” unless they are undercover. (Not in their uniform or masked.) (Punishment is a kick/ban)

(3.5) You must hot-mic all communications that have been made over teamspeak when they are relevant to influencing the course of roleplay. This means that if you are communicating to fellow team members via Teamspeak and you are in audio proximity range of another player (they can hear you), you must hot mic any commands given so the rival player can overhear. This rule does not apply if both sides are engaged in a gunfight together. I do not know this for sure, but If we can get a translator in im confident of that he is leaking information of me standing infront of the truck to his friend/s. He Is also speaking in the radio when he is downed.

@K H A L I F A Have you got any video evidence with audio working properly to back up your claims?

@AVION as it stands you have no evidence of wrongdoing from khalifa after your video seems to have magically vanished.... So can you please explain why you've sent those messages threatening to get khalifa banned?

You've lied pretty consistently throughout this report. You did not have your video removed due to copyright, it was removed because YOU removed it because it likely showed you breaking a bunch of rules. Luckily @K H A L I F A has evidence to show it is in fact you that was breaking rules including threatening to report.

Not to mention your conduct in-game
