We Spectre and me. get info that Spectre his house get robbed so we come there and find 2 guy's. we stoped them and ask to put his hand's up.
1 run away and i followed him and stoped him and asked again put your hand up, he said with buttom then i shot him because i know he played at least more then one week so he know's!!!
then we let The silent Guy execute Kevin. i go back for a truck when i whas back to the house Kevin whas there. i ask him to stop had a conversation with him then a other guy start with shooting. i look behind me and he whas there. i pointed my gun and walked to him for asking why he whas shooting then he killed me. i ask for a admin on dispach stuart Said keep a eye on them. That what i did then we get robbed by a gang or something i know its legal but we still bussy with The silent Guy the interupt us and i die and lost my gear. i know they can do it but it whas unfiar... thats why i report those guy's. i report them also because they know the rule's 100% sure about that. if you see the video on the end. The Silent Guy said im here for a wile. Sorry if my english is not so good but am trying to do my best, and my english is a much better before i started here 2 years ago so am happy about that.

I can confirm this as i was involved in the situation. I got note that they robbed my home and we went straight to my home. 2 guys walked out and start shouting that they dont belong with each other. and both said that they wanted to stop each other. we said put your hand behind your head otherwise we will shoot or knock you down. one person run but stoped and complied the other mentioned what button what button. i have been in situations before and we got shot because people said that to buy time. so locosefer shot him. then we started a conversation. both had the same story like above . and i desided that the guy who was downed need to be executed by the other guy. that was no problem they said because they did not know each other. ( they did and did not value the other his life ) But i did not know that in the game. so i let him execute him. Allright situation over we thought and lets move on. well locosefer took his hemit box out so we can gather our supplies from my home. and we saw that guy again we just executed. (Kevin) Locosefer said stop stop hand in the air or i will shoot and he got shot by the other guy. after the situation continued and was safe kevin died again and the otther one to. The silent guy,  was hanging a story that he did not shoot bla bla bla. we called in a admin and the admin said keep a eye on him. because he was already in a situation. so we kept does guys there in awaiting of the admin. a group came by and robbed us and a fire party started we end up all death. we told does guys in chat with a note what we where doing but thay did not bother that much. just childish but cant do anything about that. maybe they where called in idk. but still we have tryed to explain kevin and the other guy out of roleplay in the chat what they did wrong etc. locosefer was done with it and decided to do a forum report of RDM and NLR break rule. it looked like they did not really bother about the mistakes they made.

Incident started from 8min with our initiation at my home, from that min you can also hear the guy saying "what button what button" Execution is at 12:21 

16:09 locosefer meet Kevin again from a radius of around 200 a 300 m from his death location. As you can see at 18min this time he know how to put his hands behind his head. At 18:45 "The silent guy started to shoot" And a bit later he killed locosefer without proper initiation. And that was the end of his vid. And unfortunately we met a group who killed us thanks of there time consuming actions. but there is no vid of.

I'm reaction on your question because locosefer was unable to do so in a short time ( he is my brother in real life and asked me to do it )

Now, what I will say is in the beginning you appear to be very quick on the trigger. You don't know if he's new or not so in future I would like to see you just pass him a "note" and let him know how instead of shooting him down straight away!

What I will say, is towards the end of the video you were very very close to breaking RP - You even said it yourself at some point. More so to the fact, at the end you said "RDM" in game. Now, I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt here. Do not let any Staff Team Member catch you do this or what I stated at the start or you will be subject to the normal punishments.
