i was driving around in my quilin when I noticed there were 2 guys lockpicking it so I went towards them to see what they were doing as I got there I couldn't see anyone they they appeared and then I exited my vehicle and he shot at me I was just gunna shoot them after that but I decided not to and try get some rp out of the hobos and then I hide behind the police car and without saying anything I get shot so I said I was going to pass them a not the he just shot me also if you watch the sidechat till the end of the video you can clearly see him ask what rdm is thank you for your time ps sorry about the background noise in the video

Hello,

So after reviewing the evidence I have come to the following conclusions.

First of all I would like to apologize for how long it has taken to review this report.

So, from watching the video they did shoot initially and you could of shot them, but you didn't so good job. Now, I think from looking at the video that Kevin was the main influence in this whole situation, and Sir Lucifer was more dragged into this. 

So, I am going to give Sir Lucifer a Warning and I would advise that you find some better friends to play with and not the type that go around shooting.

Kevin on the other hand is going to be Banned immediately for RDM as this is not acceptable and terrible RP and something that we don't condone here on RPUK. 

I hope before you appeal that you read the rules and think about you're actions.
