Me Serukka Kasaki and my friend Dean were storing drugs in my house. The events start around 8:00 min into the video. A band of the gang 'Waste of 75k' show up. See names above.
they ask us what we are doing. I just tell em we are having some tea and ask em to leave. I Store the last of the drugs. I go outside to talk to them, without saying anything they shoot me down and proceed to rob the house.
I also uploaded a second video where I ask em to come on ts real quick. in voice chat (here I break 2 rules Sorry :s NLR and using voice chat out of RP) They shoot me down again.

First of all i want to point out that we will show our POV that will show proper initiation... 

secondly when "we shot you down again", 

that was because we told you to put your hands up or youll be shot... and since you didnt comply we couldnt pass you a note or anything so yes, you got shot after being warned for not complying.

thirdly according to your video, the only one who broke a rule is the dude who killed you at the first place and ill post evidence shortly prooving initiation etc...

since there was only 1 person that is supposed to get reported please remove the rest from the report and also please provide the NLR + FAILRP from your side in the same video since its a part of the situation. 

And MOST Importantly you lied about saying you called us to teamspeak...

breaking NLR and screaming "COME TO TALK ON TEAMSPEAK" isnt calling us to teamspeak... 

You should have went and typed a msg down in OOC chat instead of combat logging while we broke into your house.

waste of 75k is just a bumch of guys playing together, not an official gang so dont adress it as a whole. please come to teamspeak as i am right now to solve this.

Thats how it looked from our side. and you can know he talked ingame when he initiated and i heard him twice. (once for teamspeak, once for ingame)

I am willing to resolve this if you come to teamspeak to LF lobby and message one of us.

There are a few issues here.

Firstly, @Serukka, at 08:50 on your own video you were inside a locked and closed house, and you took items out of your truck to place them into the house storage without leaving the house. Furthermore, as per your own second video you did break RP. On the third issue of breaking NLR, the requirement for being able to break NLR is that the RDM is blatant, and in my view the issue in contention is not blatant. That being said, after reviewing your video I will not be taking action for breaking NLR.

(2.4) Using any exploits such as looting dead bodies, duplication of items or money, abusing the Bounty hunter system to exploit money from the wanted system, using the ‘Flip Vehicle’ feature outside of it’s intended purpose, transferring / processing items through walls and windows. Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal. If you discover an exploit that nobody else knows about, please reveal it to a staff member privately in order to ensure that it does not be abused in the future.

As you did transfer items through a wall/window, and broke RP in voice, you will be receiving a ban too in this report.

@SlimShady No action to be taken. No evidence of wrongdoing. The video showing you firing upon Serukka I believe you were within your rights to do as proper initiation and time to comply was given. On that note I would urge caution, another player breaking rules does not entitle anybody else to break rules too, and so even a player breaking NLR always still attempt to provide high quality RP.

Marcus: No action to be taken. No evidence of any wrongdoing.

Kevin: I accept initiation was given in the incident. That being said, I will quote the relevant section of the rules page.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (e.g.,. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

Initiation was given, however, the player was jogging towards you clearly intending to speak to you. The initiation given was minimal and done once, and as soon as the person was outside, clearly coming to engage with you, he was immediately killed. I do not believe you intended to create any quality RP from this scenario, and so I will be actioning this report for RDM/Low-Quality RP.
