Please (in detail) describe the incident: I just logged on to find a gang mate getting robbed he instructs me to follow a heli which I do I follow for a minute or so they then land I then land to trying to talk to the person. As I'm landing they fire at me hitting the heli and my person. I then hop out and engage in a gunfight in which I didn't fire at them there was also no re-initiation on me as I wasn't even on the server when they robbed my friend

@JackN no he was still alive there is also like 5 of us in comms half of which aren't playing
