I joined the server and spawned in Agio. I went to the garage, after messing around managing some of my vehicles I get in my pickup to go about my business. As I'm leaving Kemosabe runs past to the storage flag. I continue to pull out slowly checking both ways, he climbs onto the back of his pickup and as I pull out of the garage he shoots me. No words were exchanged, please continue to watch past the death message in the video as you also see that when I attempt to discuss the matter with him he simply disconnects from the server.
If any more evidence is required I have footage on my hardrive running all the way back to me joining the server.
