Given the other Report that you have made, and given the chat that you have had with the parties involved in this video HERE I am going to deny this report simply because he is new and had no malicious intent. However, I will be adding a note to his profile so he doesn't get away scot free.  

Please understand, these sorts of reports could easily be resolved with the person and a quick slap on the wrist.
