Please (in detail) describe the incident

So, me and 2pac were driving around for around 40 mins with me in the back as i am in that whole video. We saw multiple people who saw me and i was roleplaying as a someone who was tied too the roof. We met Gorgel B where 2pac also took him hostage. The whole of the cartel then came after us 'trying' to shoot tyres (shot gorgel twice). For the whole thing they can see me and know me as a hobo in the back of the van and not the person who took gorgel..

This is when the tyre finally got taken out and 2pac had to make a run for it. I stayed in the back going along with the roleplay we had for the last 40 mins or so. This is where me and gorgel, who they can clearly see that there are no hostilities with me and gorgel, or any of the cartel.. (until one of the cartel members says "fuck this guy" after me and gorgel had being talking for ages. For this reason, my attitude towards the guy who said "fuck this guy" had changed. Please bare in mind this was not Kech, and Kech was clearly there the whole time me and gorgel were talking in the van about being broken out. In my eyes, clearly showing that i was of no threat to gorgel. As seen in the video.

So after i change my attitude, thats when Kech decides he wants to join in with the 'roleplay' by saying "Say it again, say it again *shoot*" after previously not saying 1 single word towards anyone within this scenario. So in total the whole roleplay i had with Kech was "say it again, say it again *shoot*. He then procedes to roleplay maybe because he had realised what he had done? But even then his roleplay was overshadowed by the fact at no point did he know that i even knew 2pac and he procedes to say if i kidnap his friends this will happen to my family?.

Some may say there is a chance it was a miscommunication. However at no point would it even slightly show i was with 2pac.

From my understanding, someone talking shit to someone else (bare in mind this was after the guy said "fuck this guy" for absolutely no reason) is not a valid reason to shoot someone without saying anything else. In my opinion that was complete and utter terrible roleplay and borderline RDM. If it was a roleplay scenario he wanted they could have easily taken me hostage or done anything however his first reaction was to pull the trigger. From my roleplay with Kech, i was shot for calling Kech a bitch. Thats literally the only interaction i had with Kech in thay scenario.

I feel the shot was unjustified, poor and i believe from the shock of the other people in game they would all say the same.. i dont think anyone expected him to shoot the gun with such minimal roleplay. Let me clarify again, as far as they know i am absolutely nothing to do with the person who took gorgel hostage.

I have never in nearly 3 years reported anyone on here, however this occasion i feel cannot go un-noticed. firstly because he is one of the higher up members of the brand new whitelisted faction who were suppose to bring a different roleplay experience to here which from what that encounter shows from the unjustified hostility of the first guy when i am clearly being nothing but nice then the trigger happy actions of Kech, makes me wonder if it will be different to others. Then secondly because he is an admin. This is the reason that i feel that i have had to bring this to the attention of the forums.

We did speak about it after, however we came to a disagreement.

1st, lets start with the basics, we sat in liaison with @Nalurah for the better part of 20-25 minutes talking about the situation and it was deemed not a rule break oh her terms to which you understood and left, only now to find that you've reported it even though you'd been told what was what.

2nd, you claim to be in zip ties/restraints, yet its clearly shown in this video that you "unmute" your mic and begin to talk to 2Pac about the current situation which is in violation of: (4.4) If you are restrained and communications have been removed you must not be active on any other forms of communications other than direct chat.

3rd, after we get Gorgel out of the van, unrestrained and in our quillin you begin to hurl abuse at my members to which I stop the quillin, get out, run up to you and ask you to say that again, giving you the chance to back off and leave as you are out gunned and out manned, yet you continue to be an abusive child and wonder why you've had a 7.62 land between your eyes.

4th, Common sense, people have large weapons and you are antagonising them, what did you think would happen?

Yes, we spoke about it in teamspeak. However i fail to see how this is not a rulebreak so i cannot just accept the fact that you and nalurah deem it as not a rule break. Hence it being here.

I said in the original that i was roleplaying as a hostage. We were having fun, as friends having a complete laugh which was cut short due to your terrible roleplay. I was in the back with my hands up, however i was not ziptied i was in there by choice. I could have left the van however the roleplay we had until then for the last 40 mins was good so i didnt want to leave it. So the nit-picking of unmuting and blah blah blah is completely irrelevant however i knew it was going to be mentioned to mask your horrible attempt of roleplay.

So my abuse.. to you? Consisted of calling you a bitch. If that warrants "a 7.62 between the eyes" then standards have dropped completely.

Common sense may come into play but if you consider how much we 2pac and gorgel were roleplaying for around 20 minutes. I was a complete hobo and unarmed. I posed no threat and was simply reacting to the aggressive roleplay given by your friend. You can even hear the tone change in my voice at the point your friend says "fuck that guy" and even gorgel was taken back by it. Because we were having great roleplay until you lot showed up and changed it to an agressive tone straight away.

Either way, nit-pick as you will but in my opinion this is one of the most clear bunch of rulebreaks i have seen and believe the video speaks for itself. For that reason i will not be replying until admins make there decision on the outcome.

As this report is against a staff member, it will be handled by staff leads. It is worth noting from the offset that this report has come off the back of a liaison that lasted 20 minutes during which the reporter was informed that this was not a rulebreak. 30 minutes of quality roleplay with members of his faction and because of an off the hand comment made by a cartel member (Mortan) 'Fuck this guy' that the situation went south real quick. You, a visibly unarmed hobo, decided to start hurling abuse ("Fuck you man, fuck you Gorgel's friend, fuck you, fuck you, you ugly cunt") at armed Cartel members who were happy to leave you in peace, in my opinion a rather foolish move. Your comments were heard by the cartel members in the vehicle, Kech left the vehicle and pulled out his weapon goading you to "Say it again" you responded along the lines of your previous comments "I wasn't fucking talking to you, you little bitch" at which point a bullet entered your body and you collapsed to the ground. Kech then gave you a very cartel-esque spiel "Call me a little bitch and that's what happens, take my men again and your whole family dies, okay?"

Aside from that outcome, I don't really see what you expected from this situation, a happy tea party? A clip round the ear? A stern telling off? My advice to you, is don't start screaming abuse at the big guys with guns. It takes two to tango, in my opinion you sealed your fate the moment you decided to open your mouth as they were driving off, as I pointed out earlier, a foolish decision, but  that answers "Did I deserve to die?"}

Onto the question of the roleplay, you had by estimation around ~20mins pre-amble with a cartel member, as with every situation, if every member of a faction or gang is required to roleplay with every single member of the other opposing party as situations that escalate to gunfights would start with hand shaking and introductions not one member of group a demanding something of member of group b, group b accepting or refusing group a's instructions and carry on. That's a script that people feel safe in following, but with this situation high quality roleplay, albeit non-hostile had occurred for a period of time, when the rescuers Kech and Mortan had arrived. Had you engaged brain before mouth, being unarmed, completely at their mercy, and not berated them whilst they drove away, and when they'd come to speak to you, your character probably wouldn't have died. If you're telling me that you can't infer from someone pointing a gun at you, that calling them a little bitch is a stupid move, then frankly I'd suggest you place yourself in their shoes and think "Is what I am about to say, likely to make me, if I were them, want to shoot me?"

As a side note for those keen enough to have picked it up, you were communicating with your friend(s), in audio range of other players that not only contradicted your roleplay story was also directly about influencing the ongoing situation. Unlike the muddied water above, this a clear rule violation of 3.5.

(3.5) You must hot-mic all communications that have been made over teamspeak when they are relevant to influencing the course of roleplay. This means that if you are communicating to fellow team members via Teamspeak and you are in audio proximity range of another player (they can hear you), you must hot mic any commands given so the rival player can overhear. This rule does not apply if both sides are engaged in a gunfight together.
Nothing formal will come of the 3.5 violation as I feel I'd be doing you a great discourtesy, as I will be rejecting this report. Though not the typical track that RP takes, I feel it was valid given the scenario, it wasn't as if you were shot over nothing, as is par for the course of gunfights across the server, you were shot because you made a foolish decision to front up to someone who outgunned you, and you lost. Better luck next time.

Report rejected.
