Please (in detail) describe the incident
Me and my associate were parked on the side of the highway between kavala and Altis metal exports. We were parked at least a metre to the leftof the road. Suddenly we where hit by a stolen police car with 1 or 2 hobos inside (kebab is the one I saw disconnect) The man inside then proceeded to disconnect from the server(combat log) probably to avoid a ban. (He left as we started to try resolving it.)
