Basically we were getting chased from the petrol station then as you can see we go back as they stop ice and one man runs out says get out your truck then we stop get out start getting fired up on then kazza killed me, is this Breaking the rule (7.1.4) Killing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, put your hands up or i will shoot etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM.
i understand that i had a rifle out but we still could have discussed it ,then we tried to resolve it and as one of them was a support staff he said wait 15 mins so he can sort out the three trucks he had just stolen from us in stead of discussing the issue which annoyed me more and i said f you in anger i will admit to and i appologise for it but then he banned me from the ts, i was only mad as im not used to such a low level of rp on a serious rp server!

No, no, no. This is not how things work here...

This is a blatant revenge report to which I am very unhappy about.

You're now banned from the teamspeak server for this;

...and you're also very close to being removed from the game servers for threatening to report in game...

Fetty Wap had told you that they was mid RP in game and therefore you would have to wait for a resolution regarding this... this is a fair request and one that I would expect anyone and everyone to be happy with unless ofcourse severe circumstances.

I would never expect anyone to afk in game (especially since that would be breaking server rules) just so that I could talk to them about a situation that is literally happening there and then. This is so unbelievably rude......

i said that he had gone to shit but i mean as i was used to coming on this server and getting a high level of roleplay as it is a serious rp server and all i get is get out the truck and then shot? this isnt how it used to be and the rule 7.1.4 says that too ban me but its not what i expected thats why it annoyed me and i appologise for

Excuse me? So now I am biased?

I was literally, as you wrote this, typing out a message explaining that this is obvious RDM, however I would like a longer video to prove that there was no previous initiation.

This could have been an on-going chase...

If you would like another staff to view this, go ahead. However, I think that this is very rude of you to call me out for being biased in this situation, especially after this.

Complete and utter disrespect.

Oh, and to remind you of your rule breaking;

...you have broken multiple rules in this yourself...

1. You have lied on the report. (No resolution/Not the whole truth)

Again, please upload and send a longer video to prove no previous initiation for any other Staff.

I am not reviewing this, considering I have already been called out for being biased, regardless of the fact that a Staff position requires me not to be biased in any situation.

As I was the support team member that banned him from TS due to his attitude. Which his friends also agree with the ban, one thing I would like to point out is the threats to report were made before he came on to Teamspeak this was a mistake in the 5th channels where I was sent the screenshot after he was banned so I believe he threatened to report after he was banned so the revenge report should be dropped against him as this was just an error in my awful English which I take full responsibility for.

I by all means stand by you failing to resolve it with us, as we are discussing it with Dan as we speak which is what has annoyed us the most.
