(2.6) Combat storing, such as storing a vehicle whilst you are being chased or to prevent role-play will result in a permanent ban.... I recently died in another situation so I went to the airfield to get out a helicopter when I notice that my helicopter hadn't been cleaned up so I was wasn't able to get it out as my friend was about to set off I saw a helicopter coming in so I waited as he landed I noticed that it was unlocked and he was in the co piolet seat so I jump into the helicopter and decided I would go to the black market in this as I was flying he stored his helicopter witch then made me plummet down and die I thaught it was a admin at first coz he asked for one in OOC chat witch then I noticed it wouldn't be because I wasn't breaking any rules so I asked him to ts and he said that we could resolve it in game but I asked him multiple times to join my team speak lobby so we could have a chat but he denied all of my requests

Looking at the video i think there might of been some lag involved with this. Because you manged to start getting into the heli before he jumped out and its impossible to store a heli that far from the garage.

So with that in mind i would not say this is ban worthy seeing as there was little interaction between yourself and him and by the looks of it lag was playing a big part in this which could of effected the outcome.

 

 
I'm guessing that he was inside of the co piolet seat and When you store a vehicle it takes a couple of seconds for it to disappear even if I was 5 meters above him and he knew I was inside of the helli is it still not classed as combat storing? @CI Busterguy
