Basicly DPI glitches as im shooting him. Went to staff for a second opinion and they said i should proceed.
Tried to solve with him but he replied in a arrogant manner saying he zig zag'd

i am zig zaging, not gonna run in a straight line. the first part where you shot i span around to see where u were, so i could go to cover where you had no los. also you cant dpi without a gun.

I've been reviewing the footage and at no point in your video @Kiillua does the person you're aiming at show any visible signs of actual DPI glitching. He would have spun around and been all over the place where as what Im seeing is just someone trying to avoid getting shot by not running in a straight line.
