Me and my friend was driving around looking for some guys to rp with. After leaving a scene where a few cops and Kattana was present we decided to drive off. When we drove off we saw 2 downed guys that we wanted to speak with. Shortly after Kattana and 3 officers shows up and we talk for a bit. By the end of the video Kattana pulls a riffle shouting "both of u put your hands up, hands up" and then he shot me. I feel like this is really poor rp. I don't want to solve this with Kattana because I feel like i've only had bad encounters with Kattana.

I see that Fabio have bad encounters with with me so i do apologize to him for that , well if he was looking for people to RP with why everytime i saw him on the street the first thing he says is "PISSOF" do you take that as a good quality RP ? i dont think so @Fabio Hoeg mate i know that the last report your friend popka did to me was the same thing that you had bad encounters with me but that doesnt make us hate each other, i did gave you time to comply but i basically didnt i said "Both of you put your hands above your head please" but what u did u pullout a pistol against an armed guy what would you think i would do? If someone points a 6.5MX at you u wont value your life and try to comply at all when u pullout a pistol to someone that means u possibly gonna shoot me before i do so i simply asked you to put your hands above your head u didnt listen to me in the first and comply so i had to shoot cause u pulled out a pistol mate. I dont feel like this is a PoorLow/RP bcs everytime i see him on the street he insults me with the word "PISSOFF" cause he knows me and i feel like thats metagaming...

Saying that I tell you to piss off everytime I see you in-game and you say i'm metagaming is weird considering I haven't met you in rp  since the report Popka made. 

You barely finished your initiation before I pulled my pistol asking "why" which you then shot giving me a solid 2 seconds to comply.

After looking though this report and getting a second opinion the RP from all parties in this isn't the best. Both parties could have done better in this situation.

Going through some of the video Fabio, you telling Kattana to "Piss off" would be taken as passive aggressive and thus would cause kattana to react, at 2.26 in the video yourself fabio tell the police that he has threaten your life, though it is hard to hear what he has said due to your background sound. 

After that kattana jumped out of his car with his weapon and told you to put your hands up, this was after he apparently threatened your life, your response to him initiating on you is to run into cover and take out your weapon, this to me would be seem like you are about to fire on kattana, after he told you to place your hands up, and he shot you as your actions have made your intent clear, by pulling out a gun to a heavily armed man.

This situation could have been better, and I'll be honest this could have been dealt with on TS, as I believe that blame for this does fall to both parties for the execution.

With all that I will be rejecting the report.
