Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and a few of the 229 crew was helping the Lost on breaking out one of their members from a prison transport, during this we had a altercation with the police/ G6. While doing this we was encountering lots of different police coming through and attempting to either take out one of us or retrieve one of their own downed officers.

During this we was also extracting some of our own members, while I was over watching I had seen a officer Kate Anderson coming over getting the police bodies away. However I had noticed this and called someone else over to get a identity of the person, realising as we try to speak to them we get no words said to us as they are rescuing a police officer so I assumed it was another officer. So me and one other attempt to get them in zip ties by telling them to get out the car and put their hands up. While having a 2v1 disadvantage they decide to drive off with guns being pointed at her. which resulted in her being shot. Sadly in my clip it does not have my audio however, in the clip I had stated, "get out the car and put your hands up".

I did not try to go to TS/ Discord as I don't see how this could of been resolved.

I was involved and I think I have more footage of this situation if needed, but I won’t be on my pc until tomorrow evening most likely. 

 
@LiamSorry i dont have my side as my medal has not picked up my microphone. If Jack does have footage from his side then if possible to wait for his side.

 
I want to give a statement to this. Overall I think my RP was kind of poor, however I don't think I broke the NVL rule. I did not talk since it would have been a dead give away who I am and therefore endangered me even further. I was focused on the GTR since that was called out in radio to roam the area, thats why I did not notice the gun from the bike person, until I was already reversing and then also chose to draw my gun, however I failed and wasn't able /failed to return fire. It has been a mistake to go there in the first place. For that I apologize, however I don't think I broke a rule.

I've discussed this report with numerous staff members to gauge their thoughts and here is what was briefly stated:

There is a lot of context in this report, I am fully aware that Lost MC & 229 were in a gunfight with Police in the footage provided from the scenario.

Now, the G2.4 rule states -

(G2.4) Value of Life - At all times you are to value your life, if you are clearly outnumbered or at an obvious disadvantage you should comply with demands.




Whilst yes, there were essentially two guns aimed at @Kate Andersonthe only demands were given as she was in the car. Even at that, I strongly believe that the player in the GTR @JackJohnsonholding a gun in that specific angle would be difficult to see especially if you are fully blacked out.

A 2v1 or something like that shouldn't mean you are guaranteed a win and the other person has to surrender because otherwise it's NVL. If this is NVL, it's a lot like ScriptedRP and we feel like that we would be limiting roleplay.
