Please (in detail) describe the incident: I was riding my bike around near the taxi centre and AE after searching and finding no cutlass for the past 30 minutes and having zero interactions with them. Out of nowhere I started getting sprayed by the heli with no prior RP, with the people in the heli being completely out of colours also.

After calling them to liasion Kash claimed he was the one and only shooter from the side of the heli.

Kash's justification for shooting me without any prior RP was that, 'We've been in a 4 month long war and that 20-30 minutes ago we broke into the arcade'. I don't believe this is a good enough reason, especially after we've been nowhere near the arcade for around 20 mins at this point, to just open fire on me without any words said, especially when they weren't in clear colours.

Kash, i've already been in Liason with you, myself and Reggie.

I haven't spoken with you once regarding this situation, but I'll take it that you don't want to. You broke into the Arcade and g-checked many people around the area while we stood there watching. We shot you in retaliation when we recognised you were vulnerable; I feel you are now abusing the reporting procedure, which is not healthy for any party. You've provided a one-minute excerpt from a 30-minute scenario.

Before this gets looked into, a RDM claim needs to have a video of at least 3 minutes before the shooting. Can you provide this please?

I don't have 3 minutes.

As claims of RDM are required to have a video of 3-5 minutes before the situation and you cannot provide that. We cannot look into this much further. 

It does seem like you are actively out looking or some kind of situation is going on from the 1 minute you have however we cannot really know for sure. 

No further action on this report. 

A couple of notes to take away from here, Kash if this is in fact true and there was no prior interaction we would expect more. Secondly, Bandz "can we just go shoot feds" does not exactly scream solid roleplay to me.
