Halbb and Kai Greene was spamming some kind of audio in OOC. It didn't show up as coms, so I assume it is some kind of scripting stuff.
As can be seen from the screenshot another rule was broken as well.
Told them "Please stop" twice, as well as other players. They were obviously trolling.
