What happened is I was selling my Hermit LSD what I have been doing for around 15 to 20 min, I sold it and went back to kavala to deposit my money well I was driving "K. Mr Robby" was shooting at me with a silenced weapon (Don't know what Weapon). I died and I lost 78k by only one bullet.

When you contacted K. Mr Robby did you get a reply at all? If so what was said? Looks like this could have been a stray bullet or crossfire possibly.

Looking at it, I have to agree with buster here.  It's not really clear what the intention was and does appear that maybe you just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and was hit by crossfire.  

While I won't be issuing any bans here, I will be placing a warning on Mr Robby to take more care in what he's actually shooting at and monitor to see if anything similar to this occurs again.

That being said, Lorenzo, I'm sure you're aware that threatening to report people is also against the rules (2.8).  I quote:
