I was driving up to Castle to give out some information due to me not being armed and not being part of the gunfight. When I got up to Castle I was initiated on and someone from my gang came around the corner and started shooting the man. Seconds later he shot me without saying anything.

you were screaming "he's healing, he's healing" to your friend, so as you were giving information out i popped you. I had no idea there weren't anymore people in the area that you could've shouted to so valued my life and shot you, as you were a threat to my life. Would also like to add, driving around a gunfight, with no gun? that doesn't seem like a very good value of life now does it

You shot me without any roleplay accept from telling me to put my hand on my head, even if I was calling out is that a good reason to shoot someone without saying anything? I fail to see how I am a threat to your life if I am unarmed and I have my hands on my head. Also to mention the fact you had a gun pointed at me so if I was to put my hands down it would have been Poor RP. Just because someone is driving around in a gunfight it is poor value of life? It's like saying if there is a gunfight in Kavala it is poor value of life to be in Kavala. In my opinion there is no need for a message in teamspeak, it is generally poor RP.

The Report a Player Terms state a 3-5 minute video is needed if the case is RDM. In this case it was poor RP and this is the only footage needed for this case. It seems your just trying to find every excuse in the book.

I think you'll find that giving out information in a gunfight, is being involved. You were actively trying to get me killed, so I took out the closest threat, which was you. Even though you didn't have a weapon, I fail to see how you weren't involved. You drove straight up to my position, after which I initiated and got you out with hands up. Your friend then came round the corner, pulled a pistol and broke my legs. When I was healing, you shouted "he's healing, he's healing" to which your friend attempted to push me.

I killed you as you were clearly involved in the firefight, and if I didn't you may have called out my position to someone else nearby - taking out the threat and valuing my own life.

When I shot you, it was in the moment and as you were clearly an enemy. Armed or not you were still a threat, then you died. I don't really see the problem.

After reviewing the evidence provided, along with other opinions provided. It is clear no rules are broken.

I will state, however, @Zynn you failed to value your life at all, being unarmed attempting to give away a shooter's position. If anything, you are at fault for your own death. It is for this reason that this report will be getting denied.
