This player was spamming our dispatches for quite some time during yesterday morning hours. Swearing and requested us to come and fight him to the PD. I've texted him back that he should be careful about what he says and consider if all of his actions comply with our law, as he was requesting a potential gunfight within Kavala PD blue zone. On the end of that he broke RP the probably worst way possible (as you can see on that screenshot) and disconnected before I was able to come to PD and speak with him and person.

This isn't enough evidence to prove that said player broke a rule, although saying 'fuck all the server' isn't appreciated in the slightest. 

This has been noted on the players profile and he will be watched in-game.
