Please (in detail) describe the incident: Hi First of all thanks to the staff member who has to deal with this report,

To start off marabunta were beefing with grove yesterday for a good while, bearing in mind this is not a war with no rules set its just a beef that built up from the night before, I go to fuel I believe at altas fuel near ballas turf the one next to bin jobs

whilst we are applying constant pressure on grove street turf where a yellow Super car is sitting just in front of the fuel pump I pull up to use when the individual reverses comes out the yellow super car directly opposite he then waits for me to start the fuelling animation ( which I believe to be power gaming as he waits until I'm in animation to gain an advantage even though i can cancel and use E but that being said there was no visible threat until he pulled out his gun and started Spraying me) he then proceeds to walk around and as soon as hes in front of me with clear sight he say's marabunta victims this is what you get for coming to my turf along them lines whilst shooting me up with no prior RP nor any indication that he is representing grove street being in a vagos coloured car and not representing grove in any way shape or form other than the words about coming to his turf mid shooting.

I believe this to be clear cut RDM and I have provided a clip that will show what happened. I did reach out in LOOC and asked the individual to liaison which he never did then I also asked for another liaison this morning in case he never seen me reaching out in LOOC and to arrange one for when I got home from work through discord asking him if he was up for a liaison to which he declined hence why I'm putting up my report its taken me until now to put the report up as it was late last night before I logged out due to the fighting etc and I have only just got home from work now. I appreciate your time for reading over this report.

Its quite funny how you only message this afternoon looking to liaison after being reported at 2am. You went out of your way to find my discord to message me to liaise. You also say I declined, I did not. I simply asked you why I would need to liaise with you and also informed you that I did not see the call to liaison. As you will see I replied to Alan saying I didn't see his liaison request which is true and just for future reference please @ people as it alerts them.

If you had any genuine attempts to liaise with me you would've tried to find my discord immediately after the situation not the next day. For me it was a clear attempt to get me to remove my report against you as suggested by the tone of the message which is quoted below - "yo its alan from mara , would u like to talk about what u did yesturday and what i did , bcs i asked for laison ooc and u didnt join". You suggest you had no time due to working but you only delayed your report due to a last minute attempt to liaison. Please see screenshot of discord conversation below:


Moving onto the alleged rule break you are suggesting the attack was random however you fail to mention multiple points of context. Fortunately you have provided some context yourself in your report. The "RDM" which is as follows: Grove and Marabunta had a large scale gunfight on grove street turf after marabunta on two occasions broke into our safehouse at 20:41 & 21:43. Marabunta subsequently set up on our turf and ultimately we had a gunfight with multiple casualties. Marabunta here are the aggressors to the gunfight and clearly aware the danger they're putting themselves in including yourself Alan. In the initial gunfight I went down and received treatment at pillbox and returned to my house to wait the 15 minute NLR timer. As can be heard on your radio comms you are discussing the gunfight and positions of dead bodies and boasting about killing our members. Demonstrating you awareness of the environment you are operating in. I then stole the yellow car and was on route to regroup with the rest of the gang. On my way to regroup I spotted a lone marabunta at the gas station and took my chances. I pulled my weapon out and begun shouting abuse to which Alan runs behind his car and takes out a weapon to fight me and ends up dead. I also feel as if this report is driven by the fact you lost the gunfight - I question if you did kill me would we be here ?

I would like to question why at such a point of high tension and danger you were alone and didn't expect danger? You are also clearly expecting danger driving around in an armoured car with a high powered smg and a military style helmet. After a large scale gunfight with grove I would expect a gang member to be more vigilant.

As for your complaints about colours and war rules - you decided to initiate this beef with grove street, it is the responsibility of your leaders to create official war rules if that is what you are after. I do understand this is very frustrating as I was out of colours but again you should have expected danger as a result of your participation in events leading to beef between grove and mara.

After a full scale attack on my turf and gang I decided to punish the lone marabunta member for his actions. As you were told in the clip it was a retaliation for your shootings on our turf.

The one thing I will address is the quietness of either my voice I am not too sure whether that is my end or yours or if I was whispering, talking or shouting.

As for the power gaming allegations I feel as if I shouldn't even have to address this as it was not my intention to gain an advantage whilst you were fuelling your car. If you were a gang member in real life you would have to release your hand from the pump to defend yourself which would take a few seconds. I feel this allegation is fuelled from the frustration of losing the situation and an attempt to get me banned for anything.

Additionally, I would like to address where Alan seemingly breaks character stating 'thats not how you do it bro" - clip provided below.

Hello all,

As I explained earlier on, it is not a revenge report. Only reason I didn’t report it earlier was because I was on late and I had work the next morning, and I returned from work at around 5 PM. I asked to liaise because I felt it’d be easier than to write a report which takes a lot longer to do.

Yes we did have a big turf fight, but there was a big gap of time between the end of the fight and when you decided to come up and shoot me, which is my main issue. I have no problem with losing a fair fight, but getting shot like that ruins the fun of it all.

It’s not that I didn’t expect danger, I expected role play before any danger would pop off.

I won’t comment further on this and I’ll leave it up to staff.

This is confusing as you made no attempt to contact me after the situation, you only contacted me after I posted my report on you for teaming. It was only then you decided to find my discord and attempt to liaise. After responding and asking why you decided that was me declining and reported immediately. For an individual keen to liaise your attitude changed rather quickly. I think the intentions of your report are clear.

This big gap you are mentioning is MAXIMUM 20 minutes also the situation was clearly still relevant as the clip you kindly provided has radio comms regarding the fight including dead bodies, kills and discussion of the context of the fight. You were clearly aware of the danger and the incident was very recent.

Hi Alan,

Per the Report Guidelines, we require 3-5 minutes of footage before the alleged rule break to ensure we have some context leading up to the situation would you happen to have this footage?

Sorry for the delay in response I've been busy at work and only able to respond now unfortunately i can only clip 2 minutes per time due to my internet speeds not being the best and it takes me a few hours just to upload 2 minute clips.

That’s no problem if that’s how you wish to proceed however 2 minutes won’t be enough to proceed with an RDM report.

Getting robbed when fueling also doesn’t fall under powergaming. He seen you fuelling and that’s an opportunity to take advantage of you as you are vulnerable, regardless of mechanics.

Having explained the above, this report will be declined.
