Please (in detail) describe the incident
Me and my friend Khan were on a patrol. We then see this wanted hemmet in Agios and start to persume it. After a while, we manage to get the driver in cuffs. Whilst trying to RP with him, he decides to logg off (Combat-loggs). I try to find him on TS and in the phone book ingame, however he did disconnect so no sign off him.
