Please (in detail) describe the incident: Me and Daniel Rando was arresting joseph and his friend and while we was putting him in the car he can be heard calling daniel a r****** . We spoke to him in teamspeak and he confirmed it was something he says regularly and is "common language" for him ooc hence why he slipped up in-game. He apologized for him saying this but we feel like that's just not enough for his actions which has led to this report. I feel like he needs to know to separate his common language with his in-game character. Linked is a part of the conversation on TS.

Hello, I am the reported individual in this clip, can I first say that I don't understand the need to call me to teamspeak and ask me to discuss it, for me to say it was slip of tongue accident and apologise if you were gonna sarcastically say "well sometimes an apology just isn't good enough" and proceed with a report anyway.

In the video I did say the R word, it was a mistake and was said out of genuine frustration as the police officer was messing me about, escorting me everywhere even after I told him it was breaking my view which is a known bug, hence you can hear me screaming, "can you just put me in the car" because he had previously removed me from it and kept escorting me everywhere in and out of walls. Yes I know this doesn't justify the use of the word however I dont openly run around using that language in the server and it was a first time due to the extenuating circumstances, but it will definitely be a last. I did apologise to them like he said in the report and there is not much else I can do besides that. If I did offend them again I humbly apologise.

I do feel like this is a witchhunt report, it seems no matter what role they are in, hustlers, police or even OOC every time I speak to the individuals specifically Daniel Rando/Billy or Garry/Ryan, it is negative and they try to accuse me of rulebreaks or bait me into breaking rules for the purpose of reporting me.

I clearly acknowledged it wasn't acceptable when I apologised in teamspeak. And I rephrase its not common language, but its not something id usually censor. And arent you the hustler who normally wears the bear mask?

I don’t think this is a “2 on 1 situation” I’m the only one reporting him here, Daniel did join team speak with me to talk about other claims Joseph was making against Daniel but that’s between them.

This may have been accidental but like I stated before I have nothing against Joseph and this isn’t a “haha fuck you” report, this is just a player report like any other. You may feel like Joseph has exceptional RP but there is another forum section to recommend role players. He is not exempt from the rules we all must follow. As I also said earlier I’m not looking for him to get punished severely but in fact to educate him on what he cannot say.

Personally I was offended as I have relatives with disabilities and don't appreciate the word being thrown around. I wouldn't have made the report if you actually sounded genuine with your apology when we was talking in TS about the incident. I'm going to leave it at that from here on.

I have a sibling with disabilities too, so I get where you are coming from, Although the word and many others might not offend me it may to you, some people have thicker skin than others, I apologised how I would to anyone else, I am not going to put on theatrics and make it sound like I am pleading for mercy, I said sorry if i offended you. With the way you both spoke in teamspeak and especially with the closing seemingly sarcastic remark "Well sometimes an apology just isnt good enough", it appeared that you were going to make a report regardless of the outcome of the conversation. As I said multiple, multiple times, all I can do is say sorry, which I did, multiple, multiple times. I agree that we are going around in circles here and should just wait for the staff decision on this one.

In the past we have said that we will take "contextual" approach on matters  of using these words within roleplay.

"Can you put me in the fucking car jesus christ, i'm not walking you fucking retard".

From what i seeing that is a very very short clip in reality is plain and simply common abuse from a suspect/criminal to the police that falls within the roleplay aspect of the game.
He's calling the character a retard word, not you. We are all acting as characters in-game and should treat it as such.

And i must say, this does not "whitelist" any other word under the sun because this was allowed this time, its contextual. 

As a sidenote, please wait until the roleplay situation is over before one start to liase and discuss the situation. 50-60 people in queue and you guys are talking on TS..3q
