Me and my friend James decided to hold up three guys at the rebel outpost, one did not comply and was killed, one put there hands up and the other did with persuasion of James's bullets, while James was explaining why he shot, Joseph Solinsky said to James "Shut up you twelve year old", I find that very toxic and do not believe it to be within roleplay as in game James is clearly over twelve, Joseph Solinsky's friend breaks roleplay and tells James that he RDM'ed someone, Joseph Solinsky then calls James "A fucking spastic", once again I believe this was not in roleplay as they were both clearly breaking it so much, James then tells me what he said however I told James to shut up as I do not want him continuing the roleplay breaking, It sounded bad from me however me and James are close friends, Joseph Solinsky then breaks roleplay even more and said "Don't play this server if you don't know what RDM means", I then type to him to stop breaking roleplay, he then said to me "You are talking out your ass you cunt", and once again I believe this to not be in roleplay, I then kill him as I told him to stop calling us names, and James continues to keeps the situation clean.
I did speak with Joseph Solinsky's friend in teamspeak as he wanted to know why James killed him, however in the middle of sorting it out he disconnected, so I could not contact Joseph Solinsky through him, I also had James check the ingame players list to see if Joseph Solinsky was ingame however he was not at this time, he was also not in teamspeak, or was not in with the name Joseph Solinsky.
