Me and my 2 friends was driving about in my offroad covered when we stumbled across a fuel station being robbed. We seen a hobo exit the fuel station as we arrived so then we thought we would take the law back into our own hands by bringing them in to the police. As we pulled up I told the guy on the ground to stay where he was and then proceeded to tell the other hobo to get out of his offroad or he will be shot and then proceeded to VDM my friend who was by the front of the offroad so then he got shot. The hobo on the ground then decided to kill all 3 of us and execute all of us when all we told him to do was stay on the ground. There was no counter initiation or threat of life to the guy on the ground plus also after we was executed we tried to get the hobo (jordan) to come to teamspeak but as soon as my friend messaged the guy both of the suspects have left the Island.

G'day,

After looking through the report it is apparent that there is many things wrong within this report. Now kicking it off with Peter, whilst he did run someone over in the video this could have been accidental and did it in the heat of the moment, he will still be receiving a warning for this. As for Jordan, he was simply told to place his hands on his head and he then proceeded to kill you and your gang mate, then executing you with no RP, as a result of this the appropriate action will be taken against him. 

Now moving on to yourself @Darkar100McLean stating "get out the vehicle or you will be shot" is not the level of roleplay expected to be provided before shooting someone. As a result of this you will be receiving a ban under rule (2.2).
