I was flying to black market to buy some gear and when i tried to land behind some houses i saw a few armed people there already so i went with my helicopter to take a closer look to see if they were UNMC or somebody else. When i arrived there i saw a landed orca with no intention of leaving and a few armed rebels around pointing guns at me. After i hovered a bit i checked if my earplugs were in because i could barely hear them talk, when i notice that i had them in i just thought i imagined those voices or weren't laud enough for me to role play as hearing them from a powered helicopter. Then they start shooting regular bluets aimed to kill me with out any warning shoots(tracers) been fired.

At the point were you have your earplugs in, I can hear them telling you to 'fuck off'. You then for some bizarre reason remove your earplugs and I'm unable to tell whether there was any form of verbal initiation. The ear plug feature is designed for the specific purpose of allowing you to hear voice over engines and other background noise. With your earplugs in, you could hear them clearly. Whilst you said you were checking to see if they were in, you somehow neglected to put them back in rendering any audio from the ground impossible.  You were close enough to them for them to verbally initiate, and whilst warning shots would have been preferred, it was a full minute of you trolling them with flares and refusing to leave when asked, albeit rather impolitely.  I also hear them saying later, move away.  Why you chose to hover so low over three armed individuals telling you to fuck off and pointing weapons, whilst you shoot flares is beyond me.

Next time you have 3 large caliber weapons pointing at you and you're asked to go away, I suggest you value your life and do so.

Since you cannot prove that no initiation was made, I'm rejecting this report due to lack of evidence.
