A man was speeding around in Kavala in a stolen police vehicle, but he crashed into a wall which took out both the tires, I gave the man 3 warnings to leave the vehicle and he then knocked me down with the vehicle, so I proceeded to take out the remaining two tires. At this point he hopped out the vehicle and attempted to run, so I tazed him after giving fair warning, then restrained him. The second he got restrained he disconnected/respawned and did not attempt to message me in Teamspeak or in-game to clear up the situation.
