I saw a guy walking on middle of the road, i stopped and started initiating him and he didn't answer, he consumed the time to abort, and he really did. I was going to rob him and take his armor so i don't know if ill be rewarded.

Ok, so a couple of things to say about this:

Firstly, that was not a good initiation at all. I'm pleased you didn't actually shoot him, because then I'd be writing a different message entirely. Repeating "hands up, hands up" at someone is not high quality role-play, and giving someone a countdown? Not usually a great idea. The person you were trying to rob had actually started to speak to you as you got out of the car; you could have used that, and responded to it. Make the robbery entertaining for both of you! Off the top of my head, I'd have gone with something along the lines of "I can give you a lift, if you give me that vest! You know what? I think I'll just take the vest. Place your hands on your head for me, nice and slow, and this won't have to get messy, you won't have to visit a hospital, and I won't need to visit a dry cleaner's. Ok?". See the difference?

Secondly, this is a very blatant combat log. I will be issuing a ban for that.
