We were going to the Rebel Outpost to check if our friend was there since we hadn't heard from him in some time. When we arrived, we hovered for a few seconds and didn't get any warning shots, but when we landed, and I left the chopper, I got shot by Yodel Kenzi, and then Jonas James runs up to me and executes me without a word being said. I did try and call them to TS, but they decided to leave not long after.

In all likelihood this situation is indeed RDM. However, based on evidence provided I can not make a clear judgement. 
The reasoning behind this is as follows, It is clear from the side chat that someone has just been executed. That player then complains about RDM in the rebel outpost, however upon the arrival of yourselves, you can see individuals in combat positions moving around. After which you are not fired upon until Mr. Snuffles leaves the helicopter with a weapon on his back. 

This could suggest that this situation played out like this; 
There was role play in the previous situation that caused a gunfight. The victorious party is unsure of who else may be involved as it was only moments ago. 
You stepped out of your helicopter armed, you were deemed involved and summarily shot. You were then executed almost immediately with no as  in line with gunfight exceptions. 
As there is no footage from the previous situations' participant claiming the RDM, and that player has no forum account we can not be certain if this was indeed RDM, or just sore losing, we will likely never know if this situation was RDM or not. 

That said, if I see Jonas James, or Yodel Kenzi in questionable circumstances in the future this will be kept in mind.
