I was going to the airport and a hobo runs up to me and saying to drop my gun or his friends in the area is gonna shoot my tires. I then drive off, maybe 30-60 sec later a chopper land besides the road and start to open fire on me, I jump out in self defense to shoot him but I got fps problem and was unable to kill him, another heli came and dropped off 2 guys that then killed me when I tried to drive off.
When I drove over the hobo that was screaming at me I didnt mean to drive him over and I dont see anything that I would have done wrong imo. He was standing right in fron of the truck, sure I did turn a little but as I said didnt want and I didnt in anyway get any tactical advantage from it. Im sorry but I dont think that should be something that should be a problem. And if you disagree with me, I have talked to 4 differnent staff members that said that I wont get me banned, or atleast they said that they would not ban for it.

Right, let me say a few things. Firstly I accepted that a f**ked up in this situation I know hobo initiation is vey wrong, I accept that. But the thing is we were in TeamSpeak for about 2hours sorting out how much comp he wants he never gave me a clear answer, so I decided to get a Staff member to help out how much comp I should give to him. These staff team members were @SPC Stuart @CI Aiden, these staff members said that if he put up a comp request he would get 248,000, so I offered him 250,000. We all were very patient with Jam as he was taking a very long time to come to decisions and answers. Then after about 2 hours of talking to him and explaning the situation he said he had to go and that he would contact me the next day for the money and now I have been put on the forums without any contact, as it stands now and how it seemed like when we were talking about the situation he just wants to get me banned. Also one more thing, in the video you can also see after the iniation he decides to run me over and not make an attempt to drive around me.

I feel that you reported me due to the fact you dislike me and people inside of my gang. Also the fact that you was high, while on a roleplay server says a lot. Not at all. The reason I did this report is becuase I think this is more serious than money, this is about roleplay and on your part is little to none, sure I didnt talk and tried to roleplay but that was becuase you were screaming at me and trying to rob me as a hobo. And that with me being high was after I got killed and didnt affect me ingame at all. As I said, sorry for wasting the staff members time. Overall I think this behavior is not acceptable and thats why we are here.

Personally I've got nothing more to say than I understand how I messed up and I can assure everyone that it wont happen again.

To be quite frank on this one, you guys seem to have resolved it between yourselves already. @JohnnyMac has accepted he messed up and already knows what he done wrong. Even so, the report at face value I would have been unlikely to ban Johnny for given he was not the one who pulled the trigger, since it is the responsibility of the shooter to ensure proper initiation has been given.

For now I'll leave this as a dispute between the two of you and hope lessons are learned on both sides. Keep in mind reporting is a big step, as it puts at risk somebody ever being able to enjoy themselves in this community again, and I sense no malice on either side here which would warrant such a harsh action. I just hope moving forward in future I am right and this type of incident isn't repeated.
