So yet again some of us TCK were robbing houses. We stumbled upon a house with crates and did the usual. We straight away got the first door down and went almost instantly to the next door to find out he logged. We then asked Auxen to come and identify who the house belonged to. He said johnnymac. After then calling him to teamspeak he lied about his story three times claiming he tabbed out and closed his game VIA right clicking and closing window from his desktop. However that would obviously mean he would fully DC rather then go to lobby as if he soft logged. His story was too invalid to be true. Stating he closed the window of his game when in reality the only way to get back to player menu is by manually clicking 'abort'. Within our conversartion on Ts the story changed 3 times or more and he mentioned "running out of ideas to defend himself". You can only go to the player menu screen from in game by clicking abort. And since he must have done so he would have seen 'JohnnyMac your house is being burgled.'

I believe he was blatantly lying to my face which led me to file this report.

Right I know how Bs this sounds but this is why Enzrah thinks Im lying to his face but at the time they stated to raid my house I was tabbed out of my game because I was updating my gang post so that we could get a new room on TS. Then I tabbed back into my game ran up into a building ( I was a hobo at this time as I had just died) and then logged out into the lobby not seeing the warning message that my house was being raided. I then Tabbed out again to switch channel on TS to the support channel to get our new channel. While doing this I closed my game through the task bar, right click close window. Now this is when it get really weird, when I was in the staff help with the staff member he asked me and Ninex where Stavros is, which is where my house was that was being raided. He did this beacuase the people that were raiding my house at the time messaged him that someone had just logged out when they were raiding there house. Honestly the timing in this situation is so annoying on my side. When the staff help asked us where Stavros was I said, funnily enough I have a house there. After I had finished with the situation on TS I went back down to my channel and then received  a message from Enzrah saying can I have a word. Once we had both told each other our side of the story I logged back on to let them raid my house and there was nothing in there. I hadn't used that house for months. It gets raided all the time. 

I can promise who ever is reading this that I wouldn't be so stupid to log for a house being raided and especially one with nothing inside. I have been in this community for a while now and I know doing that is completely wrong. Also I know how fishy this story looks that's why everyone in TS thought I was lying to them, but all I can say is that it is the truth.

To be honest I am pretty annoyed that I have been reported as I was in TS explaining to them what happened and promising them that it was a massive coincidence for 30mins. I also let them raid my house to make sure that they didn't miss out on anything. I hope I don't get band As I love this community and I wouldn't know what to do without it.

When I tabbed back In went into a house and aborted to the disconnect message screen that counts as you being in the lobby. While doing this I did not see the alert saying my house was being raided. It would have said this when I was editing my gang post,

but it comes up in the middle of your screen?

 
If i may interject i was one of the guys robbing your house. Upon asking Auxen who's house it was so we could talk to you in TS, he found it was yours , we were speaking to him and  (i cant remember his exact words)he said that he spoke to you in staff help and you said to him that you had left the server whilst your house was being robbed. This totally contradicts your explanation to this report. @Auxen

but you did not do this you said yourself that you closed the game elsewhere :/

 
Auxen only said that he thought I said that that my house was being raided but in fact there were other people in the channel at the time to confirm that I did not say that and instead when he asked where is the town Stavros is I replied, funnily enough I have a house there. I did not say anything about my house being raided. Also @ThatScottishGuy I'd prefer you not comment on things that you were not there for or are just making up from rumours.

I said that I firstly tabbed out then tabbed back in to hide in a building to abort to the disconnect screen, then tabbed back out to switch TS channel and then fully closed my game through the task bar.

 
Oke I'll put my input on this since I was mentioned so many time.
First off all I thought he said something along the lines of "... my house" cause I was asking for the location on the map where I was going to meet TCK to look for the owner.
Upon checking the owner I discovered it was Johnnymac And look through the logs he logged out 1 minute after I logged in on the server to help TCK. This would mean he was in the lobby since TCK could not break the door. However they could open the door previously which means he was online at that moment of the first doorbreak.

 
Pretty much everything mentioned in this report I can access the logs for precise timestamps down to the second. While I check these, if there is anything to admit or confess I would do so before I have finished scanning the logs.

 
MY phone has ran out of battery and I am using a school computer so I will respond to the rest of the situation when I get home. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I will add 1 more thing before I have to go, in my opinion the logs do not prove to much because I finally closed my game when I was tabbed out changing TS channel so I did not see the alert saying my house has been raided.

I have nothing to confess to. I am telling the truth. The log was completely unintentional and the whole situation is a massive coincidence. I let them raid the house after to see if there was anything in there, but is was empty. I feel I have done everything I can to compensate them for the accidental log. All I can say is that I am sorry and I will be more carful next time.

 
Insofar as the logs are concerned, they match up to what @JohnnyMac has said. Given he gave that story very early on, and I see his story as completely plausible, I am going to give you the benefit of a doubt here and assume all parties are being truthful. Furthermore, as corrective action was taken immediately when the issue was raised, I would not have banned anyway had proof been available.

Moving to rejected.
