for context Vagos and Hustlers have been fighting now for a few days back and forth.

We found out that a member of hustlers was at pillbox and had planned to grab him from there. (Johnny) Whilst i was at the bottom of pillbox i heard gunshots going of at the top of pillbox asked on radio what was going on to which i got back "he is dead".

I flew up to top pillbox and seen people downed, one of them was johnny, i drove away to grab a car that i knew i would be able to get up the stairs at pillbox to grab him and take him away.

I already knew where a dodgy was as i found it at 1400 restart, I stopped in legion i grabbed cash and took him down to the dodgy, where i tried to provide medical rp as best as i could with my little IC knowledge of medical.

When johnny got up from the dodgy doctor he put his hands up and mainly complied with what i had said minus accidentally putting on a bandage which i said he could do after, as i had plenty of rp left for him after the fact.

As you can see in the clip, he was saying he has this and that on him and i was asking him to drop anything that could hurt us, he started dropping some things then when he said "what do you want i've got like 4 melees on me" i feel like this was used to gain an advantage because he knew i would be stuck in the "search" animation giving him more than enough time to turn around and kill us both, personally i believe this to be a clear exploit, trying to use game mechanics to his advantage, with this being said i also believe it to NVL as he had just been "riskily" revived by a person that isnt NHS and just someone using a defib, i'd say there would need to be more roleplay behind the actions of what had happened prior i also think that this would also fall under common sense, as clearly there was know common sense there at all and he just wanted to win the fight, like i said i had so much more rp to give and it was all cut short for johnny to ill us shit talk for 10 minutes and then just dump us.

sorry for the late reply welshy, hope you are doing well. So to get things started lets go with the nvl claim, i only had 1 weapon pointed in my direction when i chose to fire i was fully aware that the guy with the bottle was no immediate danger to me, my character took his chances and won the situation, hence why i did so. i do not believe i have broke this rule in doing so i had feared for my life until i felt safe to what i did same for the nlr you are also reporting me for, i was forced into this combat situation you and your other vargos member both had guns aimed at me at some point during this roleplay situation, i don't see how this breaks the rule to be dead honest with you welsh, yes i may have not been acting my injury's in the best ways i could have, what you have to think about is the adrenaline my character had pumping through him during the gunfight, i tried my best to rp with you when you were down but it was difficult when i was not receiving much back. i attempted to roleplay my injury's when i was telling you lot i needed to go to pillbox and get some bandages. for the exploiting claim i think your just grasping at straws here welsh, you did not have to search me at all, if you told me you didn't care what i had on me and to drop the gun and the supposed melees it would have been dropped there and then you chose to drop your gun and ask me to stick my hands up for you. i complied and at that point it was left to a 1v1 with me and your friend, with the adrenaline pumping through Johnny jones i opened fire on you and your other gang members and got out off the situation alive. vargos knows fine well Johnny jones is a compulsive liar, you did not have to search me there, you made the decision to so. i am happy to answer anymore question you may have.

Hello Johnny,

I think realistically speaking when you say “you took a chance” I can agree with this, however it feels for very win hungry for you to just stop drop and roll in an intense situation, this being said I think you just didn’t want to lose this situation and there wasn’t much RP involved in it at all.

To be honest with Vagos as a whole might know you but certainly the 2 people at the dodgy myself included don’t know you very well at all, I knew one of your old characters briefly, however know very little to nothing about this character.

In terms of not having to search you, I can understand where you are coming from to a degree, however like I previously stated I feel that you waffled what you did to gain the upper hand knowing I would be stuck in an animation therefore leading to you easily being able to shoot me, I had asked twice prior for you to drop anything which would “hurt me or my boys”.

I have added common sense in there also as I feel there want much common sense here at all and again you were just looking for the win vs not actually wanting to RP with me, just seems poor.


The NLR I have also reported you for is more to do with you not role playing out your injuries, you had been downed twice in the space of 20/30 minutes, first one doesn’t matter too much I guess but I would 100% expect some sort of injured roleplay regardless of how many people were there, again seems like a fear of losing and fear of losing items than a fear for your life.

After reviewing the clip you provided, it’s clear that one of the robbers dropped their guard, putting Johnny in a position where he can defend himself, meaning he was not at a disadvantage at that point.
