Well bassicly i finished my run..then went to airfield to store all my money and heli..then i decided to take another heli out and go fly around and then suddenly 2 planes came out of nowhere and 1 passed me very close and the second one rammed right into my tail rottor.

This is indeed VDM but the video you provide there is 3 people dying and one of them is  you. But since there is no way to know who is the pilot of the plane i cannot issiue a ban unless you have any evidence on who the pilot is ?
