me and my buddies saw the truck and wanted to rob it, so we drove way in front of it and put spike stribs down on the road to start the robbery on the truck, when they drove over it John Johnson jumped out and started shooting me with out any initiantion or sayin anything and the other guy in the truck was VDM'ing my buddies

Clearly no RP from the reported player before shooting.

Given the video angle, and the fact the truck was seriously damaged, I wont be punishing the player in the truck, as they could have been trying to flee in a very badly damaged truck.

Seeing as John Johnson does not appear to have a forum account to be able to defend their actions, they can do so in an unban appeal.
