Please (in detail) describe the incident: Firstly, thankyou to whoever takes the time to read this report, I appreciate it.

This evening I flew in after 8 days away from the server and saw a text message from John Duffy asking why I had been talking about him and how I am obsessive. I then found out this was because I asked someone if he flirted with them yet as from experience as an ex employee of his it tends to be habit. Anyway the conversation carried on for a little bit and was very pathetic on both parts and then I received 7 messages and the 2nd to last message which you can see in the screenshot mentions a gun being stolen which is where the rule break is.

So a little back story, Jacky's best friend at the time left her gun in her car and parked it in the communal car park at Flywheels (Which anyone who worked there had access too) we had a fall out and I took the gun, however nobody was there when this happened or even in the city at the time. She then started to question it and had recently fallen out with John so blamed him and also asked me to which I lied and said no. I spoke too two people in the city about the gun and told them what I did and they have not spoken to anyone about this and can also confirm that for you if needed. I was however at the time streaming the gun being taken and John was in my chat at that time so the only way he would know that it was actually me was from watching my stream and then bringing that into character.

The other issue here is John was actually killed off which I only know about out of character however he was either killed off by the person who owned the gun or they were there, I wasn't there I only have messages from John saying she was involved but if that's the case he can't remember her therefor should not remember the gun or that whole situation as the owner of the gun is now also dead and perma. When she had died and a few of us were speaking about her IC he would take himself away as he did not know her.

This has been many months of stuff being brought out of character and into discord messages etc or even into the ooc and not just with me, this has been with many other people and after him sending me this text in game tonight I have had enough. I know I speak on behalf of a lot of people when I say we have had enough of John/Scott Duffy bringing things in an out of character.

Again thankyou for reading this report and due to the fact I have him blocked because of past events and abuse he has given me in the past I have not liaised with him about this specific situation tonight.

Hey, there is quite a lot of different claims made in this report, but all evidence i can see is a few text messages, would you be able to provide any evidence to back up your claims of the other player being in your chat while you stream, proof that he was killed off and provide proof that the whole situation with the gun even took place?

Hey, Unfortunately due to the length of time its been I haven't got the evidence from the stuff from the past. The only evidence I can prove is that I have in his own words that he had to forget about Martha (the owner of the gun) and that the only people that knew about it have not spoken to him about it so the only explanation for that text was that he was watching the stream too see I took it. Nobody apart from the two people I mentioned knew about the gun, even out of character. I have just been speaking to Martha as shes no longer in the server and she has only found out because of this report that I took it.

This is crazy and sums up whats been going on, the gun going missing out of the vehicle has been mentioned in game too and has been mentioned that Me and Jacky was accused for it. I know for certain it was not me this matter was ages ago. The reason why this report is a revenge report is at flywheels we lost a lot of staff that became a different firm and there was a massive OOC argument, since this has happened there has been numerous messages to flywheels staff from Jacky and others asking them to leave flywheels, how flywheels going, these people then decided on Crim characters to keep robbing flywheels which i could not care about, end of day Flywheels is a easy spot to rob as in the open. The issue why i asked if she was obsessive is because every time i fly in or i look at tweedle they are talking about flywheels or asking people to leave. then when they get confronted they get very defensive. This does not need to be a report as it was asked ages out of chracter did she steal it but we was already under a lot of accusation if was me or jacky as we was the two that fell out with her. She never admitted to me i took it and i never saw on her stream she said she took it as they time we was both being accused we was both in the city.

i knew i didn't take it so knew it was her as i put in the text sent her she a impulsive liar. This report is revenge report and it is very sad to see. We have not interacted for ages as the fall out got petty and targeting. only reason we spoke is because i got told she keeps asking members of flywheels to leave and other weird stuff about me and because they dont back up her experience of everyone falling out and drama. she does not like it.

I agree the name is very petty on the phone, but John as a character where you took alot of john character OOC is a bit of a dick head where if he heard someone said shit he will ask why and confront them but for you to put it in a report cause you denied saying it then got caught out is bizare. its RP.

I message OOC as i am being targetted for a few things on all my characters by the same person and getting abuse from quite different angels in discord chats from people. who actually have never spoken to me from OOC and judge me for my character in game. I aint in any groups and always solo play. however i do find and staff have seen proof of me being targetted in and out of game, to where someone recently was in the Unban appealng to be unbanned for attacking me on and off the city and is a friend of Jacky

Bringing up the other firm has no relevance to this and they are not involved at all.
There has not been numerus messages to your staff either and I will happily show the RP staff that as I have all the messages I have sent to Mercy and Steve (only two I have spoken to about anything) There was one joke made to Mercy where I asked when shes joining Hayes and she laughed it off said shes doing well at flywheels and was left there.
I do not have a crim character either, I have two charcaters, Jacky and Lily who is a paramedic and I have to this day never robbed flywheels. I am not interested in this idea you have that I am an impulsive liar as im not here for the he said she said. What revenge am I looking for?
You have broken rules in my opinions and it ruins my RP so I have made a report.

I have left you alone for months, even when I came up with Josh and chard I stood in silence because I have no interest in talking to you.

Also, you do not remember Martha so how would you know about the gun.

Jacky has been seen with these people that have robbed Flywheels on numerous occasions and arrested with them. As ive been in the cells on police when you have been arrested with them.

So have you never been in the cells with the people we are talking about and then released from the cells? I didn't even know you messaged steve so don't know why you are bringing and naming others when i am not.

I said your character a liar not you personal. My character feels your a liar, i do not have to explain that to you. as it's a character. you are correct it's a game that you've brought Out of game to make a report because your character seems obsessed with John Duffy :S. Also the discord message does not show you telling me you stole the gun, so where have i meta as john in game assuming you stole it as was not him. also its abit of a dirty trick using a "OOC" CHAT between two people was friends. we can talk about it out of game, you have literally proven that i did not use any ifnormation we spoke about when we was friend and chatting about Roleplay out of character as you said no and i still feel like you did. This really back my statement up that you and your friends targeting not going well. as your friend was banned for making a report just calling me names

I am not interested in any playground drama and yes Jacky has been pathetic sometimes like the name on the phone but a lot of what was said there was lies and I have evidence to back that all on the server. Oh no sorry you are correct was not Scott Duffy was actually John because you and your friends asked for a solicitor then when saw was me you said nope we want another one which has happened on a few occasions as happened with a staff member that was police at time. So i do apologise got confused which character was on but i was solicitor for that one. So you do admit though that you was with them which back up my story.

The argument about us being in cells was not that something happened between us it was to prove you saying that you did not hang around with them you've proven to be true as you admitted it.

It's not a playground this is what you lot do, you accuse me of something and then when i reply you start calling me immature or get a life or playing games. You brought me here because i called you obsessive on game.

we will wait for staff . Sorry for this revenge report. However to prevent us being here again, if do not like being called obsessive and caught lying and upset maybe not send texts then we would not end up here when butt hurt

It was certainly an interesting read.

I'll keep this as concise as possible, from reading, there were two alleged rule breaks: metagaming, and NLR. In future, please specify what rules you believe have been broken, makes our life a bit easier @Kobragamez

There were two pieces of evidence presented (two screenshots), although I'm not quite sure what they're meant to prove. There is quite a lack of evidence to support the claims of the rule breaks. Just back and forth, he said-she said.

There does seem to be some kind of issue between the both of you, just from reading the replies and context to the roleplay issues, but I'll let you both figure that out IC/OOC. From what I can see, there is no need, or evidence, to justify staff intervention or action.
