So my friend Lewis was doing Apple farming when he came across an suv which was unlocked, so he took the car and I told him to meet me, when he found out it was locked I told him to meet me behind the government building so I could lockpick it, when I saw him there the person who own's he car, who he stole it from (Jason Curry) was there, I told him to unlock it and I would've knocked him out so the car was left unlocked and my friend could drive away, but after he was knocked out he locked the car, so I told him if he didn't give me a key I'd shoot him, as he would've just followed us wanting his car back. So as he started running I started shooting him and bullets went everywhere, as I am a bad shot. Then as I holster my gun and start to run away and tell Lewis to run I get shot from behind by 'Jon Dillinger', who I had no RP/haven't talked to him what so ever.

Ok im going to start off by saying that i messaged you numerous times on OOC to sort this out but you were obviously tabbed out of game sending me messages on team speak.

I was in the process of selling weed at kavala drug dealer thats why i didnt respond to you straight away, in all fairness you gave me 3 mins to respond to you before you came to report, which in fairness isnt enough time to respond. I then went to send you a message back on teamspeak after i had finished doing my weed but you were unreachable and had also left the game too.

Ok so im driving past to go to the market and i see a hobo getting robbed, i reversed back to help the guy and I end up getting shot from this guy with the gun, i then proceed to get out my vehicle to defend myself, and subsequently you died.

I didnt initiate on you as you already initiated on me by shooting me, if your going to point a gun and shoot people expect to be shot back at.

All i want to say on this matter is you dont give people enough time to respond to you to try and resolve the issue, this should not even be in the forums as i believe, that had i been given enough time to respond things might  of been different. my perspective in video below

Im sure the admins will see on the video you and your friends exploiting by running each over to abuse the vdm script.

Ok first of all who was VDM'ing? Second of all I don't see me being a bad shot and hitting you a reason for you shooting me. I would probably see it reason to chase me and try stop me, but not just kill me.

You are clearly VDMing each other in the video and you can hear as clear as day you and your friends saying run me over, the video dosent lie, and as for me shooting you, you shot me for no reason no initiating, i got out the vehicle to defend myself, at this point its a active gunfight, i shoot and kill you, you then give me 3 mins to respond to you on teamspeak, the video clearly shows the time frame inbetween messages, you then left teamspeak and the game so i had no chance to talk to you,then you went straight to the forums without giving adequate time to respond on teamspeak, incase your unaware this is a adult community and the forums should be the last place you come to, to try and resolve a issue.

Video doesn't show exploiting. Technically I could ban you both for failing to roleplay. He just happened to be shooting at him when you were shot in the truck. That doesn't excuse you from opening fire immediately. You should have said "Why are you shooting at me?" or given him a chance to surrender.

Brad next time watch where you shoot, and CASHING try to roleplay even if you are being RDMed.
