Well i was dring heroin in my hemmt and i drove and suddenly someone shot down my engine... Nobody had initiated with me while i was in the redzone, thats what he said... He said he initiated with me, thats a total lie.

@Sir E You did not try to resolve it at all.

I'm going to explain my side now, I see you driving along the road from heroin and engage on your vehicle from the deer stand inside the compound I fire 100 bullets towards you, I believe if you didn't have your ear plugs pushed in deep you would of heard the shots hitting your vehicle.

I cant be held responsible for that in my eyes everything was done correctly and well within the rule set.

On the video you look back towards the rebel at the moment i begin shooting i can only presume you heard or at least saw the shots because why else would you look back.

We then chased you in the helicopter and engaged your engine forcing you to stop, you decamped with a rifle and began pointing it at us as seen in your video, we landed and the pilot went back in the air to spot you and relay information to me on the ground of your location.

You were then shot and killed as seen in your video.

@TCK Matt was the pilot and he can confirm the above is true if required by staff 

I will add this even with your ear plugs pushed in deep you have no game volume, you then remove your earplugs and to be honest your volume is really low, I think this is a case of turning your volume up so he you can bullets hitting your truck or around it.

In my video no bullets were seen or even heard... Check 2. minutes and 20 Seconds, u see anything there???   That proof aint legit, show some more evidence of u engage me

That is not legit ? how ? I fire 100 rounds at you and you do not hear them hit the truck are on the ground around you, its not my problem you have your in game volume extremely low.

Does @Sir K Have a video as i would be interested to see his perspective as he was only a little bit behind you .

 
I am pretty sure i would have heard it... I've heard it everytime ive gotten shot on, when u guys flew over me and shot me i both heard and saw the bullets. If u ask me ur tape is recorded another time, and ur just trying to be legit...

ermm ok let the admin decide i can upload a longer video but i feel like i supplied enough to warrant this was not RDM i will say it again if you play with your volume so low then that's not my problem.

I will not comment again unless requested have a good day buddy.

 
I will upload my point of view tommorow, dont believe i got any footage that would help the case on either sides. Well see though. To Sir E's Defense no bullets were seen from my perspective either, the only thing i saw was you flying after him after he'd left the redzone

 
@Sir K If you have proof of this situation can you upload it please? Also I will be reviewing this report in the morning.

 
Ive watched my video, all you can see is the helicopter leaving dodgy daves, after he was out of the red zone. If this is something you would like to see let me know

 
No problem, Thank you for letting me know @Sir K. So after watching both videos given I have come to a conclusion on this situation.

@Sir E Now in your video I can understand this situation, where you think it was RDM. Now when you leave the herion fields you put your ear plugs down deep. Now when you do this it does drown out sounds i.e vehicles and gunfire as it is there to help more for roleplay purposes. Now going though your vehicle you do not see any shots and you was turning your camera alot at the time @TCK John Dillinger shot at you, as you will see via his video. 

Now TCK did start shooting you within the redzone and you did leave, Just because you leave doesn't mean they have to initiate as they were shooting you already. Again I can see how it looks from your video however I would suggest when going to the redzone to just use the normal earplugs so you are able to hear gunshots.

This could have been resolved in teamspeak by talking to John and asking him for his video there in order to work out what actually happened. The outcome of this will be this report is going to be denied as there is no rulebreaking taking place.
