My 'gang' and I (four of us in my 'gang' at the incident) had been putting spare money back into the ATM which is located next to the northern 'hand guns' store, as we had just purchased hand guns and had spare money we wanted to put it back in the ATM as we did. Just after all my 'gang' members got in our vehicle (Sports Hatchback) and we were about to drive away when three or four members of the Murphy gang I believe approached my vehicle and said 'stop'. The car was within 15 meters of the ATM in an stationary position, about one or two second later after they said 'stop', the Murphy gang open fired on our vehicle killing all four of us in the vehicle (Myself as Dave King, BergieBerg, Zac and Default User = IGN) The player(s) Jimmy Murphy killed Default User + Zac and Player(s) Connor Murphy killed Dave King + BergieBerg
I believe this was a clear violation of the rule(s):
(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).
(7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP.
The evidence is in the form of screenshots which show the location of the incident plus all of us inside the vehicle dead, they show that we did not have any threat on the Murphy gang and were not even able to exit the vehicle to perform and roleplay situation.
If possible I would like to be able to resolve or share the situation/story in further detail on teamspeak if possible. Thank you for your time
