Please (in detail) describe the incident: We recently "dealt with" two members of the Hustlers, Jim and I believe (unconfirmed but I'm fairly sure, so we'll refer to him as this name until proven otherwise) Madz. The situation went down in the hills, where Jim opened fire on one of our members, unaware that we were following him at the time. We killed both Jim and Madz, loaded their bodies into a local, and after a short stop where we had to move both of them into one vehicle - Jim in the boot and Madz in the rear seat, we took them down by the airport and put them in the water to ensure they would have to respawn, in turn removing their memory of this situation and removing whatever they have in their pockets.
However, approximately 45 minutes to an hour after the event, Jim, messaged one of my boys on Discord, he claimed that while he was in the bootof the sultan, he experienced a network outage, and upon reconnection he spawned at the side of the road near the airport, where he was subsequently "found" and pillboxed, allowing him to keep his items and recollection of events.
While I understand that network & powert outages are beyond anyone’s control, Jim’s actions after reconnecting certainly raised my eyebrows, instead of informing staff of the issue, be it by a Discord ticket, or using OOC to inform them of the situation, or taking any steps to rectify it, he chose to allow a "random" to pick him up and take him to pillbox.
Now I personally believe this is a clear cut case of combat logging, and I don't want to speculate so I would kindly request that whichever staff member takes this report on checks that the person that found Jim and took him to pillbox has no association, as again I don't want to speculate, but we cannot entirely discount the possibility that Madz told Jim in Discord that we're heading down to the airport, obviously meaning he's getting dumped, and at that moment Jim has pulled his ethernet cable in order to disappear, and then once the heat has gone, fly back in and get revived, now again this is pure possibility and nothing more, I'm not accusing him of this but in my mind it makes complete sense that this is viable, and if we could confirm that the person who found Jim is associated with him then I believe that proves beyond reasonable doubt that this is exactly what happened.
Jim and myself had a short conversation regarding my concerns which of-course he categorically denied, however during this conversation Jim complained of our lack of RP & Medical, and I would like to clarify before it gets questioned that we did try to communicate with Jim whilst he was incapacitated, however he did not speak to myself or any of the other boys with us, he only spoke to Frankie when they were alone, excusing his poor shooting on "head issues" - This was done via Voice and not OOC/LOOC.
With regards to the lack of medical - these pair are members of the gang we're beefing, we had full intentions to dump them, we would not provide medical assistance to people we don't want to survive.
I will attach all clips and screenshots I find relevant to this, should you require any further footage do let me know as I have clips of the situation from start to finish. As can be seen in the screenshots there is also a childish threat of a revenge report.
