This happening from my friends perspective i was not there. However i am not involved. He can not get onto his Chrome so i did this for him. Dain said post it as suspected hacker. Anyway, as you can see he is stalling and my friend opens fire on him and so does another person and they do not die. There is no lag either seems he is running away and getting into the car.
