Please (in detail) describe the incident: In Kavala I was helping a guy out learn how to buy houses, and a Hobo with the New tag walks up and buys a pistol from me for 250k, and afterwards I ask how much money he got and he says an Absurd amount for a Hobo, which was 10 Million, and I asked him how he got it and shot the air and killed me while his gun was not aiming at me, and this is also in violation of the RDM rule in which he killed with out initiating previously.
